    What can I say I have been going through this establishment for maintenance on my vehicle for going on two years now and they have ALWAYS been honest with me. After yesterday I felt like I needed to leave this business a review. I had been having issues with my brakes recently while braking (heavy shaking in the front of vehicle and through the steering wheel along with screeching and grinding). I called ****, explained to them my situation and made an appointment for a brake inspection. They called me after they had finished the inspection and notified me that the front rotors were slightly warped but because they were still under warranty and due to their company policy they would replace the entirety of the front brakes at no cost to me but were questioning where I had gotten the rear brakes done because they noticed that the inner pads were not properly seated with the caliper piston groove and were causing the pads to wear unevenly which would only get worse over time and eventually start causing damage. The front brakes were done at NESS Auto in June of 2023. The rear brakes were done at ****************************** in January of 2023. Not only did NESS Auto take pictures, but were honest and upfront about everything and because of the information provided by them I was able to act accordingly and contact ****************************** and set up an inspection of the rear brakes and hopefully ***** will take accountability for their mistakes and replace the rear brakes at no cost. We will see by the end of today. 1/5/2024. NESS Auto is probably the best place regarding customer service that I have ever experienced hands down and I plan on going through them for my next vehicle purchase.
