    I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am honestly blown away by their unprofessionalism. *** was unprofessional in the way he handled repairing my car and speaking to me; as the paying customer. *** told my insurance company that my car would be completed on 1/3/25, however, due to parts not showing up, the completion date was moved to 1/6/25. I decided to drive by my vehicle on 1/5/25 to check the progress. I observed my car parked on the street, repairs completed and UNLOCKED. *** was unapologetic and defensive and originally reported he was working on my car on Sunday, and ran to get a bite to eat, and left my car unlocked for 7 minutes parked on the street, and said my car is ready for pick up, and dismissed my concerns and frustration. In the mean time, I contacted the manufacturer of my car as they have an app which is able to tell you your vehicle trip history. What they told me did not match up with that *** stated. Once I went to pick up my car, *** stated I owe you an apology and stated that indeed, my car was unlocked, parked on a public street since Friday, all weekend long, due to a technician not locking my car. *** offered to detail my car inside and out to make it right. Why would I leave my vehicle with a business who has been untrustworthy and unprofessional for a 2nd time? I chose Lynchs Auto body for their years of service. I am surprised they have been in business this long with how unprofessional everything has been handled. I do not recommend this auto body shop.
