    I saw a free offer for a bug zapper on ******** where they said I only have to pay the shipping and handling which was $8.49. I paid that on 7/20/2022. 5 days later on 7/25/2022 I saw a charge on my credit card for $59.45! I didn't authorize this and when I called them they gave me the run-a-round saying that I joined a subscription service with them and that the $59.45 was a legitimate charge and that they were going to charge me this every month. THIS IS FRAUD! I filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company (they are issuing me a new card) also but wanted to let the BBB know about this so that no other senior citizens are scammed like I was! below is the line item as listed on my credit card (recent charges).Monday July 25, 2022 LIMITLESSPURIFIEDNANOT *********** WI Amount $59.45

    he needs to call within 48 hours to cancel the monthly subscription fee. The charge went through and they are valid.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I called them twice and neither call allowed me to cancel. They told me that  there's nothing I can do to stop the "subscription" fee of $54.95 per month. I talked to them for a long time and they said they couldn't help me and that I had to write the company to cancel. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they did an investigation and gave me my money back, then I had the credit card company issue a new card number and cancel my existing card so it couldn't be charged. They are lying if they say all I had to do is call, plus I NEVER signed up for any "subscription service" This was supposed to be a bug zapper device that they said I won and all I had to do is pay the shipping charge of about $8.00. They are a scam and they should be closed down.
