      Ordered a tactical vest for $50 and received an email stating that they had none in stock and are waiting for their shipment to their store. Then they will send me an email when they have shipped my order. It has been over three weeks and still havent heard back.

      I placed on order for a pair of jungle boots on 10/23/2022, the total with shipping was $61.23. My son needed these for hunting in November 2022. I received an email on 10/24/2022 stating that the *** of the boots was **** days to their store and they would ship out soon after. I contacted them on their site on 12/15 requesting an update to which I just received a generic "it will ship within 48 hours of receiving it." I requested a refund on 2/22/2023. I have heard nothing further, and my bank says it's been too long to do anything through them and my debit card. Please help.

      I ordered a range finder December 2022 and was promised 13 day delivery. I still have not received it and it is March of 2023. Order number is ********** when I inquire on the website about it I am told it is on back order but it is standard answer and same every time I inquire. I want my money back and I will go else where

      Ordered a backpack in August 2022. Was promised by the first week of September. Still waiting in October after several inquiries. Wondering if our order that was processed in August will be fulfilled.

      Order Date: 6/17/2022 Order Number: ********** I placed an order on 06/17/2022 for 5 items totaling $207.82. This amount was processed and paid. Some of the items ordered (though not all) were on back order, and noted a 3 - 13 day time frame to restock and ship the items. I also received an email from *** that politely explained that the items were on back order and restated the 3 - 13 day time period.By 07/08/2022 (21 days later, 15 business days later) there had been no update to my orders status on their website. I replied to the previous email to check-in. I got a response the same day from Autumn stating that they have not received the gear from the manufacturer, that these have been on back order for several weeks and that the manufacturer has been overwhelmed. ****** said that she would notify me of any changes and that she would expedite the shipping. (After looking at Mad City Outdoors BBB complaints, I see that this was a copy and pasted response, identical to other peoples response from the company.)On 07/19/2022 (32 calendar days, 22 business days) there had been no updates to my order status on their website, and no word from MC. I reached out again, this time asking if they could go ahead and ship the items that had not been on back-order, and send the remaining items when they were restocked. ****** replied the same day that there were no updates and noted that there were many delays worldwide in the world of production. She did not acknowledge my request.I replied again, saying that I understood, but reiterated my request to ship the non-back ordered items. I promptly got a response noting the location on the website that it states the back-order time next to the price when you order, as though I had previously missed that. ****** then proceeded to inaccurately claim that they were still within that time frame, and they expect the shipment to arrive within the next days or so.It is now 07/22/22 and no updates.
