    I need to find out where my gift cards are at, I have not been able to use them and I cannot find a way to get a hold of the company to send me them and some of them said they had been used but I never got to use them I think this is fraud.

    My account got banned for no reason.I was trying to give my sister a birthday gift of an Amazon gift card then when I tried to enter it said that my account was banned. I already tried to send an email to the company but they didnt respond.

    We have reviewed the user's account and activity in question with our team. We show that there were multiple Counterfeit receipt submissions and that this user received a substantial amount of points from these submissions. This type of activity goes against our Terms of Service. 

    We have decided that this user will remain deactivated and will not be able to create a new account or use our app.

    I referred my friend to their app. And you know they give you extra coins when you friend signs up. At the time I was suppose to get **** coin for my friend signing up. She of course she wanted to sign up and I help her. Because she also didnt know about this app from anyone else. So she signed up and she got her coins. But I did not receive it. I attempted to solve my problem with them for a whole month. And nothing. How else would she get the code if it wasnt for me. So I told them. And they told me to tell her to contact them. And she did. And they refuse to still give me my coin. Cause I know for a fact that she used my code because I was right there when she signed up to begin with. I dont have proof of her signing up. But the fact she got the coins and I didnt. Didnt make no sense.

    Fetch rewards inactivated my account unjustly. They said I canceled purchase but just One purchase was canceled by seller because item was out of stock and the second one was returned because I received the wrong size. They said I deliberately did it. Thats wrong. When I emailed them telling them about it and that I have all my receipts they ignored me. I have a balance of ****** Points in my account which is worth $85 in rewards. I want my rewards because I earned them. I earned those $85. I attached pic of those earned points. I also want my account be active because they closed it unfairly Thanks *****************************

    Hello and thank you for reaching out to Fetch Rewards regarding this issue. The Fetch team was happy to take a close look at the user's account. While looking at it, we were able to confirm that many online orders on the user's account that had been submitted for Fetch points were in fact canceled. In addition, we found matching information spanning across multiple Fetch accounts. With specific regard to section 28, our Terms of Service state, Fraudulent activity includes any action that is deceptive or an attempt to gain Points not in accordance with these Terms and includes but is not limited to... and/or buying products and returning them. As this user has repeatedly violated the Terms, which were agreed on by the User at sign-up, we had no choice but to deactivate the User and their associated accounts will remain deactivated.      I was never informed of any violations in addition you are trying to steal my ****** points that I have in my account balance.  Which is worth $85 in gift card. I want the $85 that you is owed to me. You are lying about the cancellation and returns. Again there was only 1 canceled item because it was out of stock and 1 returned item because it wrong size. I repeatedly said to you I have all my receipts and you ignored me. You get the money from brand companies for this program to give to customers. I earned those ****** points.  I want that $85 you owed me

    Hello and thank you for reaching back out. We are happy to provide additional insight into the User's account status. We have conducted an additional investigation on the User's account and all associated accounts, and have found multiple Terms of Service violations including but not limited to creating and canceling orders/returning merchandise after a receipt has been submitted to the app. The user agreed to our Terms of Service with each account creation at sign-up, and can read more about those Terms here: https://www.fetchrewards.com/terms-of-service Please note, with specific regard to section 41 of those Terms, state, "Fetch may also terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the Services or your account, for any reason in our sole discretion, including if you violate any of these Terms. Fetch has the sole discretion to determine whether you are in violation of these Terms. " They were notified about this decision on October 13 in ticket#*******, which they can reference at any time. As such, we are unable to award any points or rewards that were obtained fraudulently by the User. If the User has additional questions regarding their fraudulent activity, we encourage them to review the Terms once more as they will address any concerns regarding their account and points moving forward.     They have deactivated my account due to a claim that I have multiple accounts I have challenged them to show me but they have no response! They just ban me out of no where while I still have pending points that I have recently redeemed for Target gift card. If there is someone that is a scam here it is this app right here! I dont have multiple accounts and I only have one! They accused me of having multiple accounts just because I want them to process a receipt that my husband had purchased from a store pick up! Ridiculous people!

    I haven't used this app in a long time so when I got it again it asked for my password I didn't remember my password so I clicked forget password and I never got the email for the password reset please help me and fix this. so I can't still can't log in.

    We were able to review the user's account under the information provided. We show that there was an account deletion request made from an email address associated with the user's account. This request was made on September 27th, 2022, our agents have since deleted the information associated with this user's account per the request. 

    We recommend that this user review their original email address used for their Fetch Rewards account for the email associated with their account deletion request. We're not able to recover any deleted information per the request made through the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCAP).

    I've been using Fetch Rewards for almost 3 years, I always redeem for *********** gift cards. However, last week, I decided to use my point and get the $25 **** gift card, After 72 hours, I haven't received my reward so I sent email to Fetch technical support. I got an email back from Cynth that my problem was solved and I should receive my gift card soon. However, it still show pending on the reward page. Therefore, I sent another enquiry to customer service and I got back anoher email that my account was closed. We are restaurant business owner, we went to ***'s Club amost everyday to shop. I would like my $25 ****'s gift card and get my account unlocked.

    I have emailed this company multiple times in an attempt to assist my mom and they always send back a ticket number with the promise to contact within ***** hours. Well its been over a month. My moms account got signed out and she couldnt remember the password every time she selected the forgot password option to attempt to create a new one to log in it would say an email was sent without sending an email. I have attempted it with my own account solely to see if it was her phone that had an issue and I couldnt get the email either. We searched all inboxes including spam for a link to reset. All we want is to get her password changed and for over a month no one will respond to the emails we sent and there is no phone number we can call.

    I am very confused as to why I was banned from using this app further. I had thousands of points collected through my hard-earned money used on shopping trips and then uploaded into this app. It was very frustrating to see these points not redeemed after this app. Fetch recently did not allow me to use the app further. They mentioned that there was suspicious activity occurring as the reasoning, but I am unsure where this reasoning comes from as these are stores that I actively and genuinely visit. I would truly appreciate it if I could use the app again and have my un-redeemed points back before I was banned from using the app. I do not engage in a fraudulent activity I buy things all the time and use my own receipts. I can verify this anytime. I would like to have access to my rewards points and have access to my account again to use this app.

Fetch service reached out to me and told me my account would be reactivated and my rewards were also available back to me. However, as far as the fraudelent receipts are concerned, I have told Fetch that I can verify any information they like. I *********** at large grocery retailers for which my name is on the account and my number so I do not understand how that can be false or fraudelent. Nonetheless, I thank Fetch for notifying me of this issue and will work with them at anytime if they ask me to verify anything. Thank you again.

    I received an email from Fetch telling me my account was deactivated for "duplicate information being submitted across multiple accounts", but THIS account with my email ************************ is the ONLY Fetch Rewards account I have! I do not have any other account, NOR would that even be possible, as this account is linked to both my email and cell phone #. So theres no way I could have another account. I am very frustrated with Fetch rewards about this, as I have had a Fetch account for a very long time and love using it! I did ask for Fetch Rewards to show me proof of what Fetch Rewards has claimed of using my receipts on different accounts, as I can assure you there will be NO other accounts found! Fetch Rewards has not shown me anything to prove this, despite me asking several times. I don't have multiple accounts, and only have/use the one I mentioned, with my attached personal email, so it's insulting Fetch Rewards accusing me of being dishonest. And its not even correct or true what Fetch Rewards says I supposedly have done, and like I said this needs to be looked into, and then show me proof of the accusations. Thank you.
