    Fetch have ripped me off for the last time. 5 time for points totaling $75.00 dollars. I text customer service told me they would put a ticket in and someone would get back to me. and no response. Everyone was declined. Never get any points back either. I am very upset I worked hard to save points to get nothing. I would like my points back or give me my ****** gift card that I put in for. I advice customer do not do business with this company. its a rip off.

    Easy enough to earn points, you can be as active or as inactive as you want. I personally don't usually buy items "just to get points" unless they are ones that I use or would like to try. Games are a fun way to grab new points too.... One thing I do not like is the shop feature where you get points p/$ for shopping thru Fetch at ****, ******* etc........ It takes months & months before those points are awarded and if something ends up being returned the points are taken away.

    I LOVE IT!!!!! The best program to get rewards i have seen, and i never have to buy things I don't normally biy! When there is a problem, they respond quickly and satisfactorily! If you aren't using this app, you are really missing out! Download it today.

    Fetch is an awesome company. Im proud to be a user. Any issues i have had have been resolved in a timely manner. Overall, defintely a 5 star company. Other companies could take a lesson from their customer service; which is excellent.

    I dont like that I cant use my current game also that I have to shop through the fetch app in order to get points for apps that I already use. I should be able to shop on my app and the. Move the reciept to fetch.

    The app is pretty easy to use, there are a lot of special deals (like if you spend a certain amount at one store you get extra points, stuff like that) and there are many options for redeeming your points. Support is also very quick to respond and helpful.
