    When Fetch was a young company they went out of their way to make their members feel appreciated. Now they treat everyone like second class citizens who are lucky to be using their app. Their worst offense? They straight lie about not giving points. I noticed I wasn't getting points for items that are point worthy. Even after "correcting" the receipt, When I asked why I was no longer recieving points for items they advertise as having points attached to the purchase, their reply was that I did not live in the area or region to receive the points. I knew this was false. I sent my next door neighbor to the store to buy the same items and guess what, he got all the points. So that excuse of "where you live" is a flat out lie. We tested Fetch 3 separate times with 3 separate receipts and special offers and they failed every time. They've reduced themselves to scamming their loyal members. If that's not bad enough, they raised the amount of points one needs to redeem rewards. Now you have to have 63k points to get $50 AND there is ALWAYS trouble redeeming the cards. Fetch blames it on the card Co, the card co blames it on Fetch. Whatever. In the beginning, whenever there was a problem with Fetch and they messed up, or their app wasn't working right which was often, they'd be so helpful and nice and even drop extra points in your account for all of the hassle. Now you're lucky if they help you at all. There is bunch of stuff I can can complain about BUT.... THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THEM TO LIE ABOUT WHY A MEMBER CANT GET POINTS WHEN OTHERS CAN JUST BECAUSE OF WHERE THE MEMBER LIVES. It's a TOTAL LIE and WE PROVED IT. Fetch will come on here and be all nice and try to explain away their actions because they want to save face. They'll say something like "send us the receipt you're referring to when the issue isn't the receipt, it's them lying. Shame on you Fetch. You're just another greedy business now. I hope that class action lawsuit actually happens

    I would give them 10,000 Stars if I could these people are absolutely legit in the real deal and are everything amazing I can't even say enough about them especially when other apps out there don't even work and they definitely never even get back to you, these people are fast empathetic and very thorough diligent and to every possible detail it's insane how good they are it's crazy that they even exist being so good with the hundreds of thousands of people that are using this app I'm sure they must have an enormous group of people working for this app and it really shows and if they don't have hundreds of thousands of people working for them lol lol the people that do work for them less never sleep because my God they get back to you fast and give you more than what you're asking for and it immediate it's crazy they're so amazing I can't tell you enough how please I am and I am a 100% widget shit customer I am not an employee even though it probably sounds like I am because I'm going off so much about how great they are but they really truly are that good!

    I love this app you don't have to pick certain items to get large points, I really love the daily reward. My only suggestion would be not to have a 7 day maximum on the number of receipts. Overall I enjoy using this app it's really a great app.

    Just try and get the 10000 points using GoodRx with fetch. There’s always something else that needs to be added by pharmacist etc. Always an excuse even when the receipt clearly says 10000 points. I wish I could give zero.

    Hello, ***. We sincerely apologize that your points have not been deposited.Each day we receive a file from GoodRx with the IDs used. Since yours is not included in the file, this means it was not used. It is possible that the pharmacist may be using another GoodRx coupon to save you money, or a typo is occurring when it is being entered. The member ID, PCN, and BIN must all be entered accurately for the points to trigger.The points will be awarded within 3 days of your GoodRx coupon being used and you have picked up the prescription from the pharmacy.Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns about this at *********************************** Thank you!

    I wish there are zero stars for an option. Fetch is engaging in fraudulent activities, showing a complete lack of concern for its customers by essentially stealing their money/points/gift cards. They've depleted all my money/points through baseless excuses. Their explanation revolves around an email they claim to have sent, warning me about the imminent expiration of my points, which somehow ended up in my spam folder. I've been a loyal user, saving my rewards for a considerable amount of time. Due to recent personal issues, I haven't been able to use their app. Out of the blue, they decided to take all my money and rewards without any prior communication, neither a call nor a physical letter. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused, despite having the capability to issue it. It seems their intention is to make it difficult for the customer. Despite numerous emails exchanged, they eventually stopped responding. Their repeated statements that they can return the points, yet unwillingness to do so, are perplexing. Instead of addressing the issue of their emails consistently ending up in the spam folder, they prefer to blame their customers. They should reflect on why their company's emails have this persistent problem instead of shifting responsibility onto users.

    I have used this app and promoted this app in the past to my family and friends. I thought it was a great way to earn rebates on groceries. What I do is accumulate my points throughout the year and then cash out those points in November for my Xmas shopping. Well, Fetch had other plans. I attempted to redeem two $50 Amazon gift cards a few days ago. Without any warning or communication, my points were stripped and my account was deactivated. Without giving me any type of opportunity to prove my points were valid, Fetch decides to ban me. ******, ******, **** club and ****** all keep a record of my purchases through their apps. All Fetch had to do was ask me for further proof of they thought my receipts werent genuine. This app coerces people in to buying certain brands of products with the promise of rebate points but does not hold up their end of the bargain. It took 2 days to get a response from them to find out what was going on. Waste of time! Thanks for ripping off me and my kids! Scam!
