    Fetch does not honor the points listed. Purchased 2 items in self checkout- printer malfunctioned- had manager print receipt from office only for fetch to reject it. Offered fetch to provide a copy of charge on my account and still denied points. Fetch nudges you to buy items for higher points then rejects them. Tried to work with customer service with no real results- tried to contact a supervisor or manager and they stated all staff are able to resolve issues- when in fact they do not resolve the issue.

    They will take your points if you purposely buy multiple items they are offering high point values on in the same transaction and then lie and say you broke the rules. They took 18000 points away and said I altered the receipt when it was a mobile scan into the app not a photo of a receipt. Beware of buying multiple large point items in the same transaction

    I had my account suspended because they said I was using others store receipts. It was not true. They suspended my account because I asked about my bonus points. It’s sad I have over 140,000 points that I was turning in for gift card to use for the homeless. They don’t even want to talk to you or anything. I asked it they could show me what I did wrong. Nope nothing. No Grace no nothing. Any other app gives you a second chance. ******** will put you in “ jail” but allows you access again. I even said take some of my points back , but again they didn’t respond. It’s like they don’t want to be honest and deal with people. Let’s hide behind an email and make excuses. I even asked them to call me. I apologize and asked to let me have a conversation about it. No, the same email. If I did wrong then give an opportunity to fix it. It’s as if I killed somebody and now they are going to throw away everything. It’s funny cause there is a person name Wes who is ALWAYS AT THE TOP of the leader board. I would give them a -10000000 if I could. People make mistakes in life and this app wants to throw the book at them. No room for GRACE OR SECOND CHANGE. I still don’t know what I did. Maybe Fetch needs to show some grace for people. I’m sure somewhere in their life someone made an effort to show them grace. Grace goes a long way. I began them to forgive me, if I did wrong I’m so sorry. Suspended my account for a month or two, but for EVERY, that is very harsh punishment for anything. Life is hard and when you set back and at the end of the day is it really that hard to show grace for others. This is what’s wrong in our society. People don’t want to show love, forgiveness and compassion. Maybe Fetch made a mistake and the computer was wrong. Maybe the account you suspended did nothing wrong. So sad just a sad world we live in. ******* ********

    Have used the app for quite awhile with no issues. Attempted to earn a bonus offer and total failure from Fetch. An online order from a grocery chain offering 5000 points for a to go order. Scanned the receipt I received when picking up order...no good enough. Forwarded the confirmation email with receipt attached....not good enough. Printed off receipt attached to email and scanned it....not good enough. They say they want the e-receipt. I would assume that is the receipt MAILED to me...not good enough. I am moving on. There are too many reward programs out there to go through this hassle for an offer not honored'

    Fetch does steal the Cash Reward Gift Cards that you earn for turning in your receipts. They will lie to you. You can email them, and they will act like robots. They told me my cash reward gift card was donated. A charity. After 20 email correspondence. I asked for a receipt showing the date, time, amount, and my NAME as proof I.was told to "Have a nice Day"I never received a receipt.I only hope the employee at Fetch that is stealing is using the money to feed their family or pay bills and not smoking it up, et al.

    The app has gotten so much better at reading receipts and awarding points recently. Fetch helps my family save money on our every day grocery purchases. Even when I don't get my points the Support team is always extremely responsive and helps me get my points.

    They didnt give me the gift card I earned this last time . I had the app for over a year without incident and had claimed rewards successfully . Support said they are closing my account and I didnt receive the 100 dollars or so that they owe me .

    Worst App Ever! Dont even waste your time and energy with this app. Theyre a fraud and theyre scammers. Theyre false advertisers! And theyll accuse you of all these things so they can decline your gift card and at the same time theyll take most of your points away. To tap it off, it takes months just to earn a $5 gift card since theyre literally just giving you a ***** or two for a receipt. And their customer service is horrible. And they always replay with automated emails and block your account. These people should get fined for lying to consumers. False advertising etc.
