    So disappointed with the app. After years of being a customer, they deactivated my account without a valid reason. So upset because it is sneaky on their behalf to deactivatebwhen I had over 30,000 points instead of when I only had 1000. That would make sense. They can't even give me the time to respond to my messages. Worst customer service ever. Boo fetch! Beyond disappointed and I'm telling everyone about my experience so that they can be aware. Sad to say that many have had the same experience. It's fraudulent on your behalf. Shame on you!

    Once you get a decent amount of points they will close your account saying you violated their terms and services. They accused me of scanning business purchases but they wasnt. It was all purchased by my household and I. I go to redeem and the delete my account. Its so unprofessional

    I really liked this app until recently, when they suddenly started ripping me off! Their app states that they are offering 10 points per dollar spent on Beyond Meat products, but lately I had not been receiving my points. I contacted customer service and was told by a so-called Senior Support Specialist that the offers change, yet I can still see the offer posted on their app. I then sent them a screenshot to PROVE that their app still has the offer posted, but they still refused to give me the points I was owed. After arguing back and forth with their customer service they eventually gave me some points, but since then I have purchased Beyond Meat products multiple times and they have failed to give me my points every time, despite the fact that the offer is STILL posted on the app! Why dont they take the offer down if it is no longer available?? Im missing out on hundreds of points per week because of this. I dont know if theyre taking money from brands to promote their products and then pocketing the cash and refusing to pass it on to their users, but I can no longer trust or recommend this company.

    Hi there! Some point-yielding products are only for certain items, within the screenshots provided the point-yielding items are for frozen Beyond Meat products. The receipt submitted shows a purchase of Beyond Meat Burgers which are not frozen. This would be why points were not awarded. However, we made a one-time exception for this purchase.     There's a limit on how many receipts you can scan per week. Every time there's even the slightest little issue and I try to fix it, Fetch acts like it won't let me fix it. Why even have the option if it won't let you? Some of the receipts that I get don't have dates on them, but the receipts are still legit receipts, but they won't go through, and I don't like that. They only do digital receipts through GMail. It will not let me add my Yahoo, which is where all my e receipts are. Every time I've ever tried to get ahold of these people about an issue. I only ever get back automated BS. Nobody ever actually contacts me back and nothing never actually gets fixed.

    Hi there! Physical receipts can only accepted after 14 days of their initial purchase. Our Android users are only able to connect to a Gmail account for eReceipts that are not Amazon or ******* orders. We see that our specialist responded to your GoodRx Gold issue on ticket number ******* on 10/8/23. Please note that if you used a Yahoo email domain for your GoodRx Gold Membership, the eReceipt will not be honored as our eReceipt criteria were not met. The offer states: 'The e-mail address used for this purchase must be the same e-mail that is associated with the users Fetch e-receipt feature.'     Tried to redeem my points for a gift card and months later still have not received it. I have had a few emails asking how my contact with certain customer service representatives went, none of the representatives have contacted me. General Mills should know, they advertise their product, but do not honor their commitments

    I played the daily game and won 1000 points and they never added to my account, send messages but looks like you are talking with a machine and they sent me the same answer again and again even if I’m asking something different

    EDIT- looks like they removed my review on the App Store. How coincidental. They like to post promotional offers where if you buy a specific item or up to a specific amount, they say you will earn a specific amount of extra points. They change the details of the promotion so you are not able to earn the points. Then if you try and ask them to fix it they blow you off. If you show proof that you did earn and follow the instethat were given, they completely ignore you. I will no longer be recommending this app.

    They keep deducting points for things that I am not doing, they do not show proof of what is in question, and customer service is clearly a computer set on auto response. This app should be banned every time I try to use points I get punished

    Everything was fine until I tried to turn in my points for a new 50.00 amazon gift card, I believe my third or fourth. It did not go thru and I saw that suddenly my receipts were giving me "0" points. I thought it was a glitch and contacted customer service and received an email. They stated that I violated there terms and conditions and had deactivated my account. I responded asking them how I had violated their terms and received another email stating that I had violated their terms and they were under no obligation to explain to me how I did so. They won't let me turn in the points that I already accumulated. I have done nothing that violates their terms. Anytime I might have turned in a duplicate receipt by accident I was given no points. I have never altered a receipt in order to gain points and I actually purchased items that rewarded extra points specifically to gain extra points and the items were NOT returned.
