    UHC has always handled our claims quickly and efficiently. We have had them for over 5 years and have had a number of claims. The contractors they use seem of high quality and the stuff gets repaired. What more can you ask for.

    Buying a home warranty was the best decision I made. After living in our home for nearly 20 years, I kind of thought it was necessary. I have used my home warranty to have repairs done on my dishwasher, stove and AC unit. $100 deductible is all you pay per service. They sure have saved me hundreds of dollars this year!!!. Its definitely worth the investment to purchase the warranty.

    Best Home Warranty! I have been using UHP for my home warranty needs for the past 8 years and would highly recommend them. We have had to file a number of claims over the years and they have always been very quick to assign a repair company and resolve the issues. All of the technicians that have responded have been very professional and quickly resolved the problems, and UHP has been very responsive and helpful when providing information and answering questions about the claims.
