      I'm HORRIFIED at the lack of concern / professionalism by NMotion Medical Transport! I arranged a RT ride for my cognitively impaired / wheelchair bound sister. Driver was supposed to pick-up at 9:25am in Middleton for a 10:00am Dr. appointment at UW Hospital. We were in coats, she's in a wheelchair, waiting at the front door 9:20am. At 9:35am, I turned around when a man rudely yelled at the receptionist "is this the address or not?" but never said who he was there for. She asked to see his instructions. She pointed to us, waiting. He was parked in the back of the building! When he got to the front to load her, I instructed him that there were 2 entrances when you drive up. 1 for "Clinics" 1 for "Hospital" I stated she needs to be dropped off at the "Hospital" entrance. I would drive over, park, and meet them there. I waited in front of the "Hospital" entrance. At 10:05am, he drove past me! I called NMotion dispatch. They said the driver dropped her off at the entrance. What?? No. I was waiting in the correct place. He had dropped her at the wrong entrance! I'm going back and forth between entrances, and I have no idea where she is. She didn't know where she was going, with what doctor, or what time her appointment was. I was told that the greeter escorted her to her appointment. What? Fortunately she knows her name! When I stated, 2x, this was unacceptable, the dispatcher, Lonell, hung up on me. The greeter had to look the information up to take her to the hospital side. For her return trip, the driver left no instructions. With no way to contact the driver, I took her in my car w/ much difficulty. I didn't know how long we'd wait or where the driver would be. NMotion would not refund the cost of the return trip. Nichole (not sure of her position or title) called it a "No-show" fee! No concern that the driver, left a cognitively impaired woman in the wrong place! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER leave your loved one in the hands of this company!

      TERRIBLE PEOPLE TERRIBLE OWNERS. MY SON USE TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THESE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE. THE GOOD ONES ARE FROM THE WIFE AND PART OWNER AND FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY. JOE IS ONE OF THE OWNERS AND HES JUST AS PATHETIC AS THEY COME. MY DRIVER WAS DRUNK AND SMELT LIKE NOTHING BUT THE DEVILS LETTUCE AND BOOZE. THE DRIVER TOLD ME THEY HAD A PARTY AT THE JOB AND HE BARLEY GOT ANY SLEEP BECAUSE THEY WERE IN THE JOB GETTING TORE UP. HIS WORDS NOT MINE. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE I KNOW NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS EITHER. BAD NEWS TRAVEL MS WAY FASTER THAN GOOD NEWS. THEY NEED TOO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
