5 starsHad an amazing experience with Don Miller. My wife knew exactly what vehicle she wanted. I sent an email request to every dealer in the Midwest who had one. Jason ****** quickly replied with a very fair deal written with the exact inclusions I asked for. Every other dealer tried to make me come in, gave me a hassle, a poor deal, or it took several days of back and forth to finally get there. When I made my decision to work with Jason for the purchase, he was out but the manager Erik ****** responded to my email quickly. I decided to add a trade-in and we agreed on the high end of *** value with no hassle. When we picked up the new ride, Andrew ***** from their Subaru store was subbing in. He was also very great to work with; quick, easy going, low pressure. I've bought many vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience so far. Great job team, keep treating people well! I ordered a part over a month ago and i was sent the wrong part i'm in another state i can't just drive to get my money back i've been reaching out about a return and was told the manger will be in contact with me and no one has reached out its been over two weeks now i still can't drive my car i spent all my money on a part that wasn't the right part they sent me and these guys are not responding to me at all i've been told lies every time i call because no one reaches back out
