      On 30 January 2024 I took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in for an ABS light. I was later called and given a estimate for the repair. I was told the left rear parking brake assembly came apart and damaged the ABS sensor. I also was told the rear brake calipers were seized and need of repaired. I advised them I had recently replaced the entire rear brake assembly with new parts. New brake rotors, pads and calipers. I told them to repair the ABS system and parking brake system. I advised them not to repair the calipers because if they were bad, I'd deal with the parts store for warranty. I got the vehicle home and inspected the calipers. They appeared new and worked as designed. I called Kaysers service department. The service advisor said he'd have the service manager call me the next day. 24 hours and a follow up call later, I have not heard from the service manager. I have had numerous issues over the last 9 years with this service department. I have the majority of my service work done here only because of convenience.

      On October 3,2022 I had to take my **** truck F-150 2018 into ************************* in *******, ********* for a factory malfunction on my truck which should have been completely free service, plus I have full warranty on my vehicle. For a loaner they gave me the same gray **** truck F-150 2022 with a little over 300 miles on it. After driving it for 10 miles, I felt in love with it and wanted I it. I have heard how there is a shortage on use vehicle and dealerships are doing even swap for new vehicle, so I contacted a salesman at ********************* and asked him if they would be willing to do a even swap with car payments now for **** F-150 2018 for the new truck and he said, "YES" which is "THE REASON" why they gave me the same and new vehicle as a loaner. I still have ALL the text messages on my cellphone from ***********. I told to come in on the next day October 4, 2022 and talk to salesman about starting the paper process. I was not looking for a new vehicle but because of the great deal, I was willing to accept a great opportunity. The loaner they gave me had no gas, so I figure since I'm buying it now that I might as well fill up the gas tank and it costed me $80.91, which I still have my receipt from Kwik Trip. The next day I went into *********** and talked to service which **** told me go to sales to start my process to the even swap of the new **** truck F-150 2022 and they set me up with the gentleman who has the strong Jamaican accent and he's super smooth. He took a copy of my Driver license and said, "We going to take care of you boss!" Of course, all this was a scam, it was all a big lied, they cheated me out $80.91 in gas money and another $52.51 deduction on free car repair. As a full-time student in college and my finance is tight, they didn't care. If they could do this to a college student then I would NOT buy a vehicle from any ****** dealership in ********* unless they keep their WORD and even swap me that **** truck F-150 2022 IMMEDIATELY!
