ZER0 STARS. Q: I noticed they arent accredited, and their other online reviews are full of highly negative feedback besides a few 5-stars with seemingly out-of-place reviews. Why do they get an A- rating when they dont respond to certain customer complaints on here, or if they do respond, its all talk that settles nothing. Why did they lie to ** DATCP in response to my complaints with them, asserting that they indeed did respond to all BBB complaints? DATCP didnt notice after documented evidence of this was provided? Are all involved employees afraid of losing their jobs for truth, or more consequences? Do they only hire criminals?A: THIS IS AN ILLEGITIMATE BUSINESS RAN BY CRIMINALS. They lie and cover up evidence and utilize discovery evidence in complaints here in order to change their story accordingly, cover up evidence of wrongdoing, and persuade listed witnesses to not cooperate. Their service manager has proven ability to cover up crimes and get away with it all since well before specific ventures in the ********* suburbs around 05. Look that one up before it gets scrubbed. Don't worry, i got it saved so do many of my friends now. Theyre very good at manipulating unauthorized elderly parties for payment on unauthorized repairs for what they have destroyed, lying, gas lighting, and covering their tracks. I would probably avoid this place if I were in need of service or anything really from them, unless youre a savvy sleuth like ******************. ****** is *******. ******* is ******. And whomever it is, is playing Both very well. No honor amongst thieves. Dark deeds will come to light eventually. Why did they feel they had to do this? Did they think i was that much of a ***** Wrong1. Not over until I'm convinced my car is fully repaired and you return all the fees you manipulated and extorted out of my elderly parents. Honda of America and Lithia Driveway corporate next. Publicly owned. Maybe investors require an expos to weigh investment decisions?
