      Within 3 weeks of storing a travel trailer at this facility it was broken into. The furnace and tanks were stolen, all lines were cut. Upon informing the manager, she reviewed the security footage, and nothing was found. This robbery caused my trailer too to be a total loss and I was forced to take it too a scrap yard. I visited the trailer before it would be taken for scraps, and it was broken into again. The makeshift carboard I used to cover up the holes from the break in was punched in and removed in a corner to get too the deadbolt. I informed the manager minutes after I found this. She got back to me telling me it was my fault because I did not continually check up on my property stored at this facility. I was told that she didn't want to look at the camera footage because I didn't let her know "STAT". I still can't believe the unprofessionalism by Desiree and this company. Too gaslight and victim blame your own customers and not take precautions after the first break-in is unacceptable.
