      This company oversees Nicolet Apartments. They do not fix any issues. They have a 2nd value that they don't turn off. Heat continually heats year round in the bathrooms and hallways. My apartment *** had scalding hot water. Most often it was hard to even get cold to come through. Black mold and bugs. Tim the city inspector I did a walk through. He mentioned he didn't care about the issues outside even though kids play. When I got a copy of the reports on the buildings most issues were still outstanding even through they are marked completed. I lost my job due to the conditions of this place. I have scars from I moved in in bugs bites even though it was supposedly test and I was told there was none. I retriggered old injuries due to black ice and they did nothing after it was reported. I was harassed and caused at. I have many many photos to prove their negligence on maintaining their properties. This caused me to have to go back in full disability which I was off of for 5 years.

      I rented an apartment and want to repost them as a slum lord. When I 1st moved in they tested my apartment for bugs. After complaining about bug bites they continually told me there were none. I have scars from when I 1st moved there. They have black mold that they tried to 1st blame on smoking, which I was told I had to smoke in my apartment. I lost my job and was evicted due to the toxic mold. They then tried to blame it on candles. I had the GB inspector do a walk through of my apartment and buildings. He lied about getting a copy of the report. When I did obtain the report I was shocked at all the things that they said were completed and still are outstanding. ***, the inspector said he didn't care about anything outside but kids play there and should be concerns. I retriggered old injuries due to black ice, which they did nothing about. I have many many photos of this place and how bad it is.
