      I purchased a bench from Kohls on 8/27/2022 for $579.14. Order number ********** when I received the bench and put it together following the directions and using the tools, it was not very good quality. I contacted Kohls and they said that I could return the product that *** would pick it up. The *** guy came to my home to pick up the product but would not take the product because he said that it would not fit on the truck. I contacted Kohls again to let them know what he said they issue a new return pick up from ***. *** tracking number 1ZRR06280392156589 states under my account awaiting pick up. *** still would not pick the item up. I contacted Kohls again the guy told me to just donate the item, and I would receive my money back. So I waited on my money needs to say I still have not gotten my money back. I did not donate the item it's just sitting at my home in the way. I need my money back and this item removed from my home. I recently contacted Kohls again and they said because it's out of the return date I can't receive a refund even though I contacted them multiple times during the date to get my money back. I just want a refund for this item that I have tried to return since 8/2022.

      We apologize for our customer's experience. Upon review of the customer's concern, we were unable to locate any promise of a refund for Order **********, initially placed August 27, 2022. 

      As a one time courtesy, we have granted a return exception and processed the refund of this order in two increments: $536.11 and $43.03 back to the original form of tender. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive.

This false advertisement with the ****** Cash was ripped off on the Kohl's  Cash that I never used.Some may have been used but the rest was never never used!

      There are more then one ****** Cash there are about 7 if *** not mistaken why harp on one ****** Cash, I am refereeing to all of them not one this is the second time going over this there several on my compliant whey keep address just one, I was told by a supervisor I had over a hundred that was never used and he was going to send them to me and he never did it. Look at all of them not just one! This is a ripped off and more or less a scam when **** s say about the their ****** cash and never give it to customer this is the second time dealing with this and several reps that never follow through and I did not get my ****** cash.

      There are about 6 ****** cash that I earn each and everyone of them, after they was over according to ****** polity I have and extra 10 days I called and ask for them to reissue them for me to used this was never done, I was told by a supervisor he was going to issue them to me and he did not do that, I am only asking what and want what is due to me nothing more, this is a Breach of ****** policy and Discrimination as ****** customers have done it in the past and most get an extra 30 days *** told, this only takes place with certain is unfair I want what is entitle to me and what I earn. Most of them was never redeem and is what I earn this is a Breach of their Contract and what ****** advertise on their website and past policy very deceiving to customer. *** entitle to this and that what I want! THIS IS A RIPPED OFF! UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE! In the past Kohls done this for other customers and to me and now they don't Iam not stealing I want what I earn. The take down the **** s cash policy not going to honor the policy. This is a ripped and a false advertisement they do not honor their policy!

      On 3/26/23 I placed an order on kohls.com. The following day I discovered the shipment was going to be shipped ***** I immediately reached out to explain I do not receive mail at my home and asked for the shipment to come **** The agent told me she fixed the issue and the shipment will be shipped **** Several days later I received tracking information items were returned to sender due to an insufficient address. I placed another call to Kohls to find out why the shipment went out **** after an agent told me it was coming from **** I was told they cannot predict how a shipment is sent until after it leaves their warehouse and I will receive a refund within 30 days. According to tracking information all items have been returned to the Kohls warehouses and as of today I have only received a refund for one of the 3 items. I have also not received a refund of my shipping charge even though multiple agents have verified I never received any product. Today I was told by an agent I should receive my $8.95 shipping refund within 7 days and I will be refunded the other items by the 30 day policy. If kohls knew on 3/30 none of the items came to my home and tracking shows ALL items have been returned to them, I feel they should have refunded that order in full as soon as they received the items back. At this point I feel like they are waiting until my billing due date to pass so the can also charge a late fee for this balance I do not owe. Shady business practices at best. I'd like resolution before my billing due date of 5/4/23.

      I have been waiting for a refund for a purchase that I returned in store via corporate refund check for ******************************************************************************************* within **** business days. Since it's taken so long, I called the number at the bottom of the receipt, which is incorrect. I then called the store to ask about it and they said that the corporate refund department should have contacted me to talk about the order before issuing the refund check, which seems strange to me. Nevertheless, I have called the number the cashier provided me four times, have left a call back number twice with no callback, and have spent over 2 hours on hold to talk to someone about my missing money. Kohls, you owe me $134.60!

      Order number **********. Charged twice for one order. Told this is how they do business. This is not communicated to the buyer at the time of purchase that their bank acc will be charged twice until its delivered and then you get a refund up to 7 days later. This needs to be changed so customers know this clearly up front. They do not do this because they know people would not order anything if the were aware of the double charge. This is deceitful business practice intentionally.

YOU require the two charges. You should clearly notify customer placing orders that you dobut you dont. Target doesnt do that on online orders. ******* doesnt. Why does your company insist on sneaking that extra charge in? Thats the complaint you fail to address, a company policy that is not customer friendly.]

      As stated previously, pending authorizations/charges are not actual charges and this information is found on kohls.com itself.   **********************************************************************************************

      Please know that Target does also have this, it is called Pre-authorization holds and is also found on Target.com

      What is an authorization hold?

      Once you place an order, you may have a pending authorization on your debit or credit card account in the amount of the estimated order total. While authorization holds are not actual charges, they allow your bank to reserve funds so the order can be processed. Authorization holds are temporary and only remain in effect until they expire, the card issuer removes the hold, or the authorization is settled. Once an item has shipped, the authorization hold is removed and charges will post to your debit or credit card account.

      Its possible that you may have multiple authorizations and/or charges on your account for an order. Authorization holds may be requested for individual items if your order ships in multiple shipments. You may also have any combination of the following:
      An authorization hold in the amount of the estimated order total.
      Posted charge(s) for shipped item(s).
      New authorization holds for remaining items that haven't shipped.
      Individual authorizations and/or charges when your order includes a combination of items sold by Target and Target Plus Partners.

      PayPal authorization holds can be extended up to 365 days, renewing every 30 days.

      Lie. I have bought items from Target and never had two charges on my account or a hold. As previously stated, you are not telling your customers the truth. (See how condensing that sounds?) Great customer service. Anyway, you have shown me the real focus on your business which is to deceive customers so I am done with Kohls and the unethical business practices along with the horrible customer service. A simple, we will look into the process to see if we can clearly state that an authorization hold will be put on your account would have been appropriate. Instead, double down on the deceitful, horrible customer service. Thank you for showing us all why you will be out of business soon.

      I placed an online pickup order totaling $43.42 which kohls took out the money immediately as a pending charge. Upon picking up half of the order I was charged two more times for the individual items, so another $43.42 when I called customer service on Saturday, the employee told me Maam it wasnt placed on a kohls charge card so theres nothing we can do. I proceeded to ask for the supervisor and was hung up on twice. I never authorized another purchase for $43.24 so at this point in time thats theft.

      I bought a diamond pendant of $911.00 dollars back in June /2022 for my daughter birthday This pendant got caught in the fabric of my daughter sweater and when she pulled out her sweater one of the crown holding an ******* got broken and the ******* got lost . I called Kohls ******** services number ************ which is the number I used for orders , issues with the Kohls program rewards and Returns . The person told me to take my daughter pendant back where I bought it to fix the issue with my daughter pendant. So I did so I spoke to ****** who supposedly is the Manager After explained the situation, Provided him all my information, driver license information and proof of purchase he said that he was going to make copies of my receipt information and personal information. After like 15 minutes he came back and said: That he didnt have power to leave the pendant and send to REPAIR. That he was only Operations Manager and he was going to pass my personal information and situation to the store manager so he/ she was going to call me to see what proceeded that was on 04/08/2023 and As 04/20/2023 they havent contacted me . So As their YES Rewards program are NOT honored and they kept saying is because my Email ( Which is not true I received the rewards in my Email many times) they have my phone number also they are just Ignoring my situation to see if I forget about it ****** also offered me Store Credit for the pendent since I closed the kohls account because they didnt honored the YES program and I told him that it was a gift for my daughter. Is not return or refund what I needed but to fix the crown that is badly made and even Brought them a piece to Replace the missing *******. I just wanted to fix the broken crown holding piece.

      I placed an order online for a ****** Nest Cam over $350 on 4/8/23. On 4/9 I received an email that the order #********** was cancelled. It did not give a reason why or whom to call regarding the issue. I called customer service and was disconnected multiple times without being transferred to a service rep. I tried again the next day on 4/10 and was told that they could not help me, I needed to speak with someone in security, but they were unable to transfer me at that time. I was given another phone number, again on hold for a significant time, and again was told that this was the wrong department, but after multiple tries, the service rep transferred me to someone in security. This person advised me they would "make everything right". She confirmed all of my demographics, verified my identity and then said she was able to reorder the item and send me $60 ****** cash which I have since spent on another order. I could expect the item by 4/14. When I did not receive the item, I called again, and again after a lengthy process, reached a service rep who apologized, but my item has been sent to the wrong address. The previous rep who reordered the item marked an old address in ********** instead of my current address in ********!! She acknowledged that it was a mistake on their part, but said there was nothing she could do?? I asked her to reorder the item and send it to my home address at ********************************************************************************* which is the address that THEY CONFIRMED OVER AND OVER!! She said she could not, I have to wait until the item arrives in **********?? And for it to show on tracking?? Currently the tracking lists "on the way" on 4/20/23, one week late! My card has been charged for an item I will never receive and ****** will not assist even though I have been a VIP customer for decades with many $s spent. Please help. I would like the item replaced and sent to the correct address without any further charges or disruption to my ****** cash.

      Date of transaction: February 1, 2023. Amount paid to ****** for items purchased and not received: $597.69 (tax not included). ****** Order #: **********. Tracking #'s: Fed-ex ************, Fed-ex ************, *** 1Z596A4X0325939752. Items I purchased from ****** were for some reason returned to ****** during mid transit and I never received the items. I have been in contact numerous times through phone calls, chat and social media. Each time I am assured that I will be receiving a refund for the items I paid for and did not receive, but I still have yet to receive a full refund.

Upon review of the customer's concern, we verified that this refund was processed February 14, 2023 with $708.22 to a KMC (****** Merchandise Credit). We verified that this KMC was not redeemed and as a courtesy applied to the customer's ****** Card.
