      Hi so placed a Kohls's order on March 19th that contained 3 total items which was a total of $3576.34 but the package never arrived at my house. I waited a few days to see if my package was maybe delayed but the package never arrived. I contacted Kohls via chat and was told I would be refunded my full amount (see screenshots). After a few days, I received a refund for only 1 item. I am still waiting for the refund for the other 2 items. After multiple weeks of waiting and calling I kept being told I would receive my refund but I still have not received it. So, in the end, I still need a refund for 2 items. One watch was refunded March 27, 2023 and two were refunded April 17, 2023 back to the original form of tender used on original order.

      Order # **********: I called the kohls location in ****** to have ordered canceled; no one ever picks up the phone at that location, nor could I online. I called customer service and they told me they could not cancel it and the representative couldnt navigate her system correctly and kept given me different answers to the same question; asked for a supervisor and was hung up on her name is, *******!

      Why using the Kohls app on my IPhone in my living room. I opened the app typed in Men's Clearance. The ****th item down list a Men's Under armour Polo for clearance $9. When I click to purchase it goes to the normal price. I contact customer service and they would not honor there advertised. I have video recording that is too big to download. It is me opening the app. Still seeing their price and me on the phone listening to Kohls customer service first hang up on me and second them not willing to honor their advertised price.

      Bring a loyal customer and stock holder of ******, the explanation they give is not enough. First off I wasted several hours dealing with this I Will never get back. Secondly this is not the first time this has happened. Your customer service team need to use the app and see what it says, especially when you push so hard for people to use.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF KHOLS i placed an order on march 31st. Order No: **********. It was supposed to be delivered on 5th April. Still it hasn't been delivered. Yesterday April 9th after waiting 9 days i contacted khols customer service, no one picks up. just automated message and gets transferred to customer service no one picks up. Tried 3-4 times and finally wasted 30 mins of my time.Today April 10th, i tried again 12 PM, some guy finally picked up, after checking and listening to my concern, he hung up the phone and disappeared. Tried again some lady named 'Blue' picked up and he is not intrested to speak and feels sleepy and yawning. She checked here and there and then saying it will take 10 days more. I asked her to cancel and give me back my refund as i had done enough of waiting. She says it's not possible to do so to cancel it. I said then i have to complain, she said order cancelled but still order is showing as active online. She just fooled me. Both of them wasted another 30 mins of my time.Is this the type of customer service which Khols take pride in. Let this be conveyed to the TOP management, this is the service their customers get.I need my product ordered or my money back. Done with Khols. Horrible ***************** Move to some other retailer.

Coupon is also viewable in customer's shopping account under wallet section.

      Hello! On Tuesday, April 4th, 2023, I placed an online order from Kohls (for the first time AND now the last time). I ordered a pair of **** slides for myself and a pair of limegreen Crocs for one of my kids. The order said arrival time ranged from 04/06-04/11. Well, I did in fact receive my **** slides in a very timely manner, but the crocs still have not arrived, so I checked the order status and it said it was being shipped to a store,.....I ordered both items to be shipped to my home AND the store it is being shipped to is TWENTY miles from my house and there is no way I can or ever would go pick them up, especially when there are a plethora of stores LOCALLY (NOT Kohls) whom sell the same exact shoe.Today, is 04/10/23 and I called to see why they scheduled the crocs to be shipped to the store and after holding for 20 minutes to speak with a customer service agent, she rudely hung up on me when I asked her why the shipping was arranged for the store.I called again and held for another roughly 20 minutes and the lady was lovely, but said no supervisor was available AND that the order was STILL being processed so that she could not change the shipping NOR cancel the order. All, I wanted was for someone to change the shipping (since it STILL has not even been shipped to the store) and send it to my house so my kid can have her shoes that I ordered A WEEK AGO (tomorrow is a week) and they are UNABLE to do ANYTHING. I have been ordering stuff online for years and have NEVER encountered ANY issues with ANY stores ESPECIALLY with a corporate store like kohls is. I will never order anything from them or frequent a local kohls, but that does not solve the issue that I still do not have my $39.99 PLUS tax for my daughter's shoes refunded OR the shoes themselves and their customer service agent did not even TRY to resolve the issue and make good of the situation,

      Also, Kohls, although they did not credit back the tax for the shoes, they DID credit back the price of the shoes, so I am fine with that.

      Been a satisfied customer of ****** for 15 years. Started ordering online with an account just a few years ago. Received a 40% off coupon in email that was valid for 2 days. Knowing how lucky I was to get 40% off, I hopped right online. Placed an order on 04/09/2023, totalling $1,082.46 - Order #**********. Never received order confirmation email. Called bank. Verified purchase. Order was approved and pending on my account. Called ******. My order number was recited to me, I didn't ask for it. I was told my order was successful. Knowing the coupon was expiring, I explicitly asked if there was any reason my order might be cancelled, I would have placed it again had I known. I was told again that my order was successful and that I should wait for the confirmation email. Two days later, still no confirmation email and the charge has been dropped from my bank account. Furthermore, my account was locked. I entered my correct password and never even received the three password reset emails i requested. I can not even view my order status. After reading several similar reviews, I am convinced that this is a regular business practice of ******. I feel as if I am being punished for being a savvy shopper. They refused to honor the 40% off coupon they sent me. Any claims of incorrect billing information are false, I have used the same information for years. Any claims that my bank denied the order are false. There is no reason ****** had to cancel my order, other than I was saving too much money. I am outraged and disgusted. Now I can't give my sister-in-law the farmhouse style table she has been looking for that she was so excited to receive from me. This incident was not only an insult and inconvience for me, it negatively affected two households. My new found distain for ****** can only be remedied by the company honoring my original purchase. Otherwise, I have nothing nice to say anymore, and refuse to shop with them.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      The company did honor my original order with coupon discount and offered the rewards I had earned. Unfortunately, two items were out of stock by the time my order was replaced. But, as of today, all but one of the other items I ordered have shipped.

      I sincerely hope my items arrive free of defects. ****** was able to right this wrong. But, further difficulties with this order will be the final nail.

      I want to thank all parties involved in the quick resolution of this complaint. Thank you to ****** for your cooperation, and thank you to the BBB for your professional communication.

      I purchased an Arcade1up from Kohls on November 28, 2022, as a Christmas gift. The item soon became very glitchy and we exchanged it for a new one on January 7, 2023. The second one also became very glitchy. At this point, I no longer trusted the product and went back to the store to return it for a refund. At the Kohls store in ******, ** the salesperson told me that I was out of the return window and could not return it. I called Kohls.com and they said the same thing. I am requesting help in returning this item and getting a refund. It was not inexpensive, and Kohls should stand by a product that they sell. I tried twice to keep it and it just does not do what it says it's going to do. Please help be return this item and get my refund. The two order numbers are 11/28/22 - #********** and 1/7/23 - #**********

The 30 day return policy applies to premium electronics, which includes the Arcade1up - 32" Infinity Game Tables. This information took effect November ***************************************** returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account look-up. If attempting to exchange or return after the 30 days, we are unable to accept. Customer may also reach out to the maker of the Game Table included in her paperwork as an alternate.

      I am aware of Kohls return policy, I have been a loyal customer since 2006, and have spent thousands of dollars at Kohls.  I bought this unit as a Christmas gift.  I purchased two infact, the first one also stopped working, but since Kohls is so good about returns, I thought I'd take a chance at a second one and see if it would work better.  It stopped working after the return polity time expired.  This unit cost close to $1,000. I have tried contacting the maker, but they have not responded either.  I am very disappointed with Kohls.  I will, in the future make other choices for my purchases.  I am still hoping they accept the return and issue me a full refund.

      I ordered an item 4/8 through Kohls website using a coupon they emailed me that expired the same day. I used Apple Pay with my debit card. At 3 am I get an email saying my order has been canceled for no apparent reason and gives me no option to reorder. The coupon is now expired and I check back and theyve also now raised the price of the item! So clearly its not an inventory issue. Ive ordered from Kohls before this exact same way and had no issues being shipped to my address. Very deceitful business practice.

      I was in kohls ********* today trying to buy more than 2 vacuums. The manger came to me and said he was told that you can only buy two of all the styles.I asked how is that.can I talk to his supervisor. **** said he doesnt have a supervisor in today because it is 6pm already. Then I doubt who told him to tell me that I cannot buy more than two vacuums. He said its a worked named ****** and that is not his supervisor. I asked to talk to ******. And ****** says it is store policy that not every worker knows in this store because it takes too much time to train ppl in a department store. And that is why I often saw ppl bought more than one vacuums. I told them I saw Hillsboro store sold all the vacuums to one person. Thats why I came to the Beaverton store. They said it is not their problem that the other stores dont follow the policy. I feel sad, but **** asked me if I went wood village store too. I said no. He told he saw someone in the same outfit like mine. He decided not to sell any vacuum to me today, although ****** said I can buy two if I want. I wonder why kohls workers treat ppl differently by their emotions. It is very racist. I am Chinese and dont speak fluent English. I did call the police because I saw they sold the vacuums to the others while I was waiting for my friend by the cashier. **** and ****** paid extra attention to me as long as I walked in the store because of my Race. So I want to make a complaint against **** and ******. **** got to know the new policy today by told by ****** and used it specifically on me.and **** wont let me buy any vacuums because he does not like me personally. He is rude and racist.Attached with a photo that they sold the vacuums while I was waiting the police in the store. I asked their client to let me take this picture. I need **** and ****** to apologize officially. And I wont shop at kohls any more.

      Ordered a ring camera on line this am, Apr 7, 2023. Thought my current on was too old to work anymore. Called ring , trouble shoot with them, had to change settings. Called **********, told had only 15 mins, 30 mins to cancel this order. Can t get in contact with any STATE SIDE REPS, so outsourced people told me this, cannot cance my order. Called within an hour, hour and half after order placed. Have NO DELIVERY DATE, NOT MAILED OUT. As a result notified credit card company that FRAUD charge. Over the years **** S has become inconsiderate, son t care about customers I canceled credit card I had with them **** because they refused to change email and phone number. My household was HACKED JAN AND FEB 2023. Because I had to get new electronics, new phone#, they refused to send 6number code to my new phone! Just unreal how uncooperative and paranoid these people are. Can t talk with any US reps.
