my mother purchased my 4 pair of underwear she in her mid 70s so she think you can stretch it it will fit well if you look at them there's no way they would fit so and friend and I bought them back and while she was looking around they wrong me up ad gave me a 22 gift card I asked for the manager they weren't there I am very mad nd I am definitely spread this all over social media I have the proof screen shots every thingBusiness Response

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a purchase and return issue that has yet to be resolved.On 12/25/2024, I purchased a cabinet through your online store for a total of $640.19. The cabinet was delivered in early October, and I planned to use it as part of preparing my apartment for Thanksgiving, which I was hosting.The week of Thanksgiving, my uncle helped me assemble the cabinet. To our disappointment, we discovered that the cabinet was previously used and damaged, with evidence that someone had attempted assembly and caused irreparable harm to the ******* uncle kindly returned the item on my behalf, and I received a merchandise credit of $515.19. However, the $125 used from a gift card to complete the original purchase was not refunded. I immediately contacted the store, and they directed me to customer service for resolution.When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that the issue would be corrected within seven days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the credit within that timeframe. When I followed up, I was told that the refund had been changed from an email credit to a mailed refund, requiring up to 30 days, even though I did not request such a change.During this conversation, I asked for clarification, but the representative insisted that I had requested the change and then abruptly ended the call. This interaction was upsetting and left me with no resolution. It has now been 11 days since the return, and I am still without my $125 refund from the gift card.I am pleading for your help to correct this mistake promptly. I ordered a Men's Black Plated Spinner Window Stainless Steel Ring #**********, size 12, on 11/29/24 for $31.48. I walked into Kohls in ******, ** on 12/19/24 to exchange the ring for a size 10. The cashier refunded $21.88. I explained I wanted to exchange the ring for a smaller size. Cashier said it was too late she already refunded it. I explained that I needed a size 10. Cashier said I needed to reorder it at home. I asked her if she could order a size 10 and I could pick it up in store. She said she could not. I reordered the ring in size 10 on 12/21/24, order #**********, $38.56. It was a birthday present for my son who really wanted that one. I called ****** customer service ************, ref# ************* at ****** and was on the phone 31 mins. I didn't resolve the issue. I asked for a REFUND of the DIFFERENCE to be credited to my bank acct because I paid $8.95 for shipping twice and I did not get the sales price the 2nd time. The *** offered me $10 ****** cash for inconvenience. I declined because ****** Cash expires so I asked for a ****** gift card. She said ****** cash was the only thing she could do. I asked for her to escalate the matter to her manager. She placed me on hold and said that the manager couldn't offer ****** cash so I should settle the matter with her. I asked for corporate's number. She stated she didn't have one to give me. I would like to receive $16.68 refund, $31.48-21.88 what I paid vs what was refunded $9.60 plus $38.56-$31.48 the difference in the two transactions for the SAME ring $7.08. I believe that is fair. They just refunded $8.95 for shipping. I would also like $7.08 which is the difference in price from original transaction and repurchase of same ring. It should have been an even exchange. I should not have had to pay a difference. If the cashier ordered it in store she could have adjusted the price. Original purchase price was $31.48 and the second time I purchased it it was $38.56. Thank you.

We had couple of missing items from the order #**********, on contacting kohls they acknowledged the issue and placed a replacement order # ********** which never shipped and items were never received. On contacting kohls again about replacement order they refused to provide any information or refund the missing items and confirmed that the replacement order never shipped.Business Response

I purchased two pairs Skechers Street Uno Women's Sneakers, in a size 8.5, on or about December 10, 2024. Onw black pair. One white pair. When I received the order. The box for the white pair was being held together with rubber bands. I had to place another order. I returned the first order and they stole $10 from my refund. I need my $10 refunded to my card.The black pair was in a box that said 8.5, but the actual shoes were a 7.5. I went to place a new order and they are sold out! When I placed the order, the shoes weren't sold out. ****** made a ridiculous error and can't even tell me if the shoes will be restocked at all. I still need the shoes.Business Response

The $10 ****** Cash coupon earned on the order was deducted from the return; however we have initiated a credit for the $10 back to the original form of tender.
The black Skechers are currently out of stock; there are times the order will submit but when it is generated at the warehouse or with the Vendor as being out of stock, the order will cancel the item.
We are unable to honor ************ to be refunded ($80) ; however when the shoes become available for purchase, we recommend the customer contact our **************** Team and they will be able to accommodate the pricing of the shoes to reflect the customer's original order.

When the black pair of shoes were ordered, they were in stock. My order was never canceled. Again, the issue is, I was sent a smaller size pair of shoes in the correct size box. Refunding the shoes does me no good. I STILL NEED THE SHOES. When I went to the physical store, no one could tell me if/when the shoes would be back in stock. **************** over the phone could not provide any details either. So, how do I know the shoes will ever be available again? How will the sale price be honored at a later date? The bigger issue is, why should I even have to wait for all of that because of your mistake? If the shoes are available somewhere else, ****** should be making every effort to GET ME THE SHOES. I need the shoes, not a refund. What good does that do me? Then, to add insult to injury, no attempt is being made to make up for the inconvenience of this entire debacle!

I made a large online purchase 11/27/2024. I called customer because I have yet received 2 items that were a Christmas gift. I figured it was late because Ive never had a problem with kohls. I called today to figure where the items were and I was informed that the items out of stock. How do you purchase something out of stock? I was not notified that the order was out of stock via email nor app. They processed a refund. First they of 5 dollars for the inconvenience then 10. I asked to speak to the supervisor because this wasnt sufficient because when you return its under the amount because redeeming KC, I was notified immediately so can still catch the sale, I was not refund immediately after items were out of stock. I spoke with a supervisor a he was rude and did not offer a better remedy and only a refund no KC for the inconvenience. Someone I could go to the store in search for the items. Like they dont consider a persons health condition or disability. I asked to be transferred to a different department and the supervisor hung up on me. Didnt even give the number.Business Response

I returned an item today which arrived broken based on poor packaging from **************************. I returned this item and received $10 less than the correct price. I reached out to ************************** and 2 different associates explained that since my order contained Kohls cash, I had lost the $10. I explained that I would understand, but that the total amount paid was over $100 and that the frame wasn't even $15, which meant that my total receipt was still over $100 and I should still be able to get the full amount refunded. Not only could either on of the associates create a solution or fix my issue. I have never been more upset with Kohls. They have lost my business for the foreseeable future.Business Response

12/14/24: Made purchase online of $190.60 ($178.13 in goods, $12.47 sales tax). Received $15 of "Kohls Cash" for each $50 spent (pre-tax), total of $45 of Kohls Cash received.12/18/24: Spent $45 of Kohls Cash received with 12/14/24 purchase.12/19/24: Returned 2 items totaling $19.00 ($17.76 in goods, $1.24 sales tax) to Kohls store (in person). Return reduced pre-tax amount of 12/14/24 purchase to $160.42 - still above the $150 threshold for $45 of Kohls Cash. Kohls incorrectly reduced by my refund amount by $15.00 for Kohls Cash received 12/14/24 and spent 12/18/24. In addition, Kohls incorrectly calculated sales tax for my return (should have been $1.24, only refunded $0.20). I attempted to resolve the problem at the store where I made the return, but the employee who processed the return said there was nothing she could do. I also attempted to resolve by calling Kohls customer service, using online chat on the Kohls website, and even messaging Kohls on their ******** page. Other than a customer service supervisor who I spoke with by phone on 12/19/24, no one at Kohls seems capable of comprehending the bugs in their computer system for processing returns. The customer service supervisor did concede that my refund should not have been reduced by $15.00, but it's not clear that my full refund is forthcoming.I am concerned that Kohls management is unaware of the problem or unconcerned about fixing it and that many customers are affected (perhaps without realizing it).Given the amount of business being transacted at this time of the year, Kohls could be taking tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers.Business Response

Our records indicate sku numbers 37894495 ($14.79), 37894496 ($14.79), 61482080 (13.19), 75267486 ($13.19), 85515742 ($15.99) and 85515743 ($15.99) were refunded on Order Number ending 1489: $87.94 less $15.00 ****** Cash redeemed, discount of $29.33 plus tax leaves the $46.67 total refund. Kohls Cash is reduced when a return is made.
For the frustration a Courtesy accommodation/refund has been issued to the original form of tender (****** Card) in the amount of $15 on 12/19 and $4 on 12/20. This credit/refund will reflect on the cusotmer's statement within the next few days if it hasn't already.

As indicated on my attached refund receipt, 2 items were refunded on my order placed 12/14/2024 (order number ending 1489): items ******** and 85515743.The other 4 items were refunded on my order placed 12/6/2024 (order number ending 3034): 37894495,37894496, 61482080, and 75267486
Theres a second issue: the sales tax for the refund of the 2 items on order number ending 1489 is calculated incorrectly. Specifically, the sales tax was calculated on the cost of the goods minus $15.00. The sales tax should actually be calculated on the full cost of the goods.
There are errors in Kohls system for processing returns that are likely affecting other customers and need to be acknowledged and corrected (including full refunds to affected customers).

Breakdown of refunds to Order Number ending 1489 is as follows in our system: Sku ******** ($14.79), sku ******** ($14.79), sku ******** ($13.19), sku ******** ($15.99), sku ******** ($15.99) less $15 ****** Cash, less $29.33 percentage off discount, 7% tax of $3.06 leaves the $46.67 refund.
We also verified a $15.00 (12/19/2024) and $4.00 (12/20/2024) accomodation refund completed to the original form of tender on the order.

I placed an order on 12/5/24. It was supposed to arrive between 12/16/24. Half of my order got here, half still says its awaiting carrier pick up. This item was meant to be a Christmas gift. Kohls wont send me a replacement until tomorrow? Your company makes people wait over two weeks for a package you cant even locate? Especially during the holiday when people shop at your company for Christmas gifts? Additionally, the supervisor cant be bothered to answer my call with customer service. They are likely the ones who could have helped, but cant be bothered to. Extremely frustrating and now I wont have that gift for Christmas and have to try to find something else last minute.Business Response
