      10/1/23 ******************* came to my house for a quote to do a job on my foundation. He said he would do the job. He had me sign a contract which he never gave me a copy. Then he said he wanted a down payment for supplies which he never gave me a receipt. He said he would give me both when he comes back the following week to start work. I gave a check for $500. Which he cashed the next dat **** -23. I called him on ***** to see when he's going to start and bring the contract and receipt he said the next day. He never showed. I didn't hear from him till ****0 he text he was sorry he was in jail for not appearing to court. This when I told him I no longer wanted him to do the work and wanted money back. He finally sent $300.00 on ****8-23. He said he needed more time for the rest. I still have not received the remaining $200. He doesn't return my text I think he blocked my no. From his phone. I never met someone so unreliable or professional in my life. Now I'm out $200 and still of need of repairs that will have to wait till warm weather. He wasted my time I could had got someone else instead he stringed me along.
