On June 12, 2020 Stephan G Rapkin was charged with 1 felony count Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor or Law Enforcement Officer and 1 misdemeanor count of Disorderly conduct with a Hate Crime modifier.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 24, 2020.
