    Date of transaction Apr 19, 2025 @ 5:07 AM CST Bucks provided false advertising on website premium west lofts included reserved seating . I attempted to contact them via social media page and web sales with no response to my complaint of false adverting. I was advised my package would include reserved seating for dining and the day off was told me and my guest would need to eat in our suite as table is only for season ticket holders. I am including my confirmation as it appears they have change language on page and never responded to my compliant.

Ticketing leadership has contacted ******* on June 17, 2025 to discuss his complaint and what led to his frustrations. The Bucks have offered ******* and ******* has agreed to receive a complimentary Loft of roughly equal value for one Bucks game in October or November as a resolution.

    I made a purchase online for two items. I waited and waited, no package. So, i reached out to their team and told them, they basically told me there is nothing they can do and the items i purchased are now out of stock. I am so so irritated.

    I still see no refund, i did contact **** and they said to go ahead with the lost package procedure so the merchant should refund me

    This order was refunded to Mastercard ending in 1028 on 2/8/24 to a card with the name *********************.  A screenshot is attached.  If they have not received the money, they should contact the credit card company as it was successfully processed in our system.

    I ordered several items from the Bucks Pro Shop online. The box arrived and when opened many items were bubble wrapped together but were glass or ceramic and many of the items were broken. I never opened the bubble wrap and contacted pro shop through the only way available which is through email. Initially, I did hear back but they said they were very short handed and it would take some time to look into. I was told to take pictures and email them. I would check back without any response. I stopped into the actual store several times and they took my information and said they would get back to me but no one ever did. Again, today I called the pro shop and the person assured me someone would get back to me and no one did. With a suggestion from a friend, they told me to file a complaint with the BBB. I see numerous complaints regarding the same thing.

    I bought a January monthly pass to get seats to all of the home games in January. However, 2 of the games (1/6/23 and 1/16/23), I wasn't given a seat to the game and instead received standing room only. This was not listed on their pass and I feel duped into buying the monthly pass (versus single game). I would not have wanted standing room only and would not have purchased it if that had been clear as a possibility.

    The Bucks believe the language on the website to purchase a monthly pass clearly states the possibility of being assigned standing room only (SRO) tickets.  The website,  *************************************************, has the following language listed, Show the Bucks some love this February with this month's Bucks Pass. Please note: your ticket location will change for each matchup. Tickets are assigned pending availability and may be standing room only. This language is currently present and has been for the whole season.

    In addition to the above language, in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on the above listed website, a FAQ is posted regarding seat locations, which states, Where can I expect to sit each game?You are guaranteed a ticket into ************, but your specific seat location will likely vary game to game. Standing Room only seats could be used for high demand games. Please note that seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
    The Bucks believe the language on the above listed website clearly states that seat locations cannot be guaranteed and that SRO tickets are a possibility and do not feel a refund is appropriate since our advertising was clear and this individual utilized the tickets to the game that are referenced in the complaint.

    on january 6, 2023 i cancelled my mikwaukee bucks season ticket plan so it would not renew for ****** season for acct ********. today i was still charged $410 after a letter and email to the mikwaukee bucks stating i was not renewing, multiple phone calks, an exit interview, and a survey to indicate why i was not renewing which was price point related as well as lack of transparency regarding price points and ticket availability, as other than resale market pricing it is impossible to determine season ticket pricing for full season milwaukee bucks tickets which is very disturbing. the other full season ticket holders in seats next to me pay a different price than i do. its run like a high pressure time share sakes operation. i canceled and still got charged after multiple hours of my time. im extremely frustrated by this and want my money back and these shady business oractices to end.Payment Details + 2023-24 Season Pricing To ensure that our most dedicated fans receive the best value for their seats of anyone in the arena, we utilized a new approach to pricing for the 2023-24 season. This process used more than 90 data points, including sell through rate, ticket utilization rate, promotions and secondary market prices.?We are excited to let you know that your membership pricing will remain flat for the upcoming season. As it was for the 2022-23 season, your total investment for the 2023-24 season is $4,920 and your monthly payment is $410.00.?As a benefit of your participation in our automatic renewal program*, your first payment for the 2023-24 season is scheduled for Monday, January 16. This will be the first of 12 payments, which conclude with a final payment on Friday, December 15. As with previous seasons, your payment will be processed on the fifteenth of each month (unless that day falls on a weekend or holiday).

    Hello,

    After reviewing the complaint and looking into this account and our files, it appears that we did charge this account at 5:17AM on January 16, 2023. However, we then realized our mistake and refunded him the total amount of his $410 payment at 7:32AM on January 16, 2023.

    Therefore, we consider this matter resolved and not needing any further action on our part.
