    I was getting the Fender liners replaced on my vehicle. The auto place broke my hub bearing when the took my wheel off.

    I RESPONDED TO COMPLAINT SEVERAL WEEKS AGO.  THS CUSTOMER HAS NOT GIVE PERTINENT INFORMATION ABOUT VEHICLE.  I DID NOT DO WORK ON HUB BEARING. I REPLACED THE FENDER LINER. I ALSO NEED MORE INFORMATION OF CUSTOMER.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Because of the auto body shops negligence I had to purchase a new hub bearing and pay for the labor to have it installed. I have had that wheel off on several occasions changinging the brake shoes and it never broke. I believe that the body shop should be responsible for half the cost of 225.00

    DUE TO THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE THE AND MILEAGE ON CAR HUB BEARINGS WEAR.  I EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER DUE TO AGE OF CAR AND ALSO THE **** THE ***** **** COUD POSSIBLE BREAK  CUSTOMER SAID TO GO AHEAD.  I EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER IT WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF THE **** BROKE.  WE DO NOT OWE CUSTOMER ANYTHING WE EXPLAINED ALL THE RISK THAT COULD HAPPEN.
