I have placed many orders through Tulip World. Some bare root plants arrive in good condition. Some arrive rotten. Some of the plants grow beautifully, others don't grow at all. They do stand by their 100% grow guarantee, and I have received store credit or refunds for the items that did not grow. I have also received replacement bare root plants for those that arrived rotten.

I have bought products from Tulip World for 8 to 10 years, making usually several purchases a year. Its a good place for me since I enjoy growing plants from bulbs and from bare roots and Tulip World always has a good selection of both. You cannot grow plants from bare roots without having a few disappointments along the way, but many of those are my fault and I always return to buy more from Tulip World. Service has always been good, wit hfast shipping and good qulaity packaging. A couple of times I have contacted Customer Service with an issue and have found them to be quite fair in assessing the problem at hand. Very good place to buy bare roots and bulbs.Nobofy gets a 5 from me, so 4.5.Tulip World

I have ordered several times from Tulip World. High quality bulbs were shipped to my door in time to plant before the ground freezes. Passerby frequently comment on the beauty of the 100 sq. ft. heart shaped bed. Glory to God! I have something blooming every part of early, mid, late spring & summer by adding more varieties of each species every year. (For late summer and fall color, I scatter annual & wildflower seeds to hide the fading bulb leaves.) Crocus, daffodils, jonquils, hyacinths, tulips, camassia, alliums, and lilies make the sequential blooming display. I use the small bulbs of scilla, chionodoxa, muscari, oxalis and Dutch iris, to fill the edge with interest. Thinking of using bulbs on all my borders. Great company! Their value packs are wonderful, and their sales are fantastic! You can't go wrong!Tulip World

Ive bought daylilies and several types of lilies in addition to hostas. I always receive some rotten ones. I continue to purchase because of the prices. My plants that live are beautiful.Tulip World

I've bought several times from this company group and overall I think they offer good value. Yes the color of bulbs that come up may not always be true to description, maybe 50/50, but there are some good deals, (I can always dig up and move them, garden is always changing!) and when I've bought stuff and it failed to grow/did not look good to begin with, the company has stood by their product guarantee and reimbursed those items. I'll be ordering from them again I'm certain. Also I like the fast shipping I've experienced being in the same state.Tulip World

We do work very closely with our suppliers and if any item is ever mislabeled or mispackaged by mistake, we would be happy to find a solution for you! Per our Grow Guarantee, send us images of those items at which time we will forward them to our supplier to make sure these mistakes are corrected for future orders. It is uncommon but human error can happen on rare occasions. We will always be more than happy to help find a solution if there is ever a concern with any of our products. All of my bulbs and rhizomes are thriving. Enough time has passed that I am now dividing them and sharing my garden with friends and family. My Tulip World flower beds receive many compliments from neighbors passing by, and the deer absolutely love the hosta 'buffet' I have planted for them.Tulip World

1 starI have not ordered products from Tulip world since 2020. I spend hundreds of dollars with them and 90% of the product they shipped was wrong. After several attempts it became clear that their business model consist of advertising pictures of amazing varieties, shipping plain, cheap varieties, and counting on customers not to complain when the flowers sprout. Now they are paying $75 for customers to leave reviews on ****** and ******************** where customers are calling them out on their lousy practice. I recommend shopping at dutchgrown.com or bluestone perennials for reliable, quality product.Review fromWinnie B
