    I ordered pre chilled yellow mammoth crocus ready for planting or forcing. Shipping was very pricy. I have never had a problem with bulbs from other vendors. Order # *******. Not a single bulb came up. Will never oder from them again.

I did review your order and I see you placed the order on 1/15/23 and they were shipped the following day on 1/16/23. We do offer a flat rate shipping fee on all of our orders regardless of cost. Our shipping fees have not increased in over 3 years despite freight charges increasing dramatically. We do have an offer on our website to sign up for our email promotions and you will receive free shipping on your first order $15 or more. Most of our future promotions and discount coupon codes will be offered through the promotional emails only. We do also offer 100% Grow Guarantee on all of our items the first growing season, you just need to contact us directly and we'd be more than happy to help! Unfortunately we have not received any communication regarding this order not growing as expected. Per our Grow Guarantee, I will go ahead and issue a store credit in the amount you paid for this item. You will receive an email directly from our customer service department regarding the credit. Please note for future if you ever have any concerns regarding any order, we just ask you contact us and we'd be happy to find a solution.Thank you!

    This is the worst internet company I have ordered from.I received nonperforming itmes and was given the promised credit. I placed a second order in October. Was notified it would ship mid-Novermber- did not happen. On further request i was told it would ship mid-December- did not happen. This company has inferior products *********** andf ******* were far better), useless guarantee, and non- existent true customer service- just lots of junk and promises- stay away

    I ordered tulip bulbs online and the order stalled before I was able to complete the last step. I waited and waited--nothing moved to the last step. The following day I checked PayPal and my payment to Tulip World had been made. I called Tulip World and they said they had no record and accepted no responsibility, did not offer to send the tulips and kept the payment!! BAD WEB SITE and BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!

    I ordered from Tulip World paid $122. for bulbs I waited and waited when I contacted them they said it was delivered but I never received it The response I got from Tulip World was you are on your own at your own expense ..They only offered $45.00 credit to resolve it for my $122.00 loss ..once the tracking order said it was delivered they felt NO RESPONSIBILITY TO ACCOMMODATE A PAYING CUSTOMER...I would NOT Recommend Tulip World aka Holland Group they are scamming innocent people Elizabeth ***** I never received my order it was delivered somewhere else or stolen I've read other reviews that the products are rotten or decayed once recieved..so I don't know why they are in business except most people don't check places out before ordering product Good Riddence DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TULIP WORLD aka Holland Group
