After Daniel and his company replaced my chimney stack, water has been dripping down my chimney and ceiling. I have contacted him multiple times without result. I have inquired with a local ***** company to assess the workmanship and possibly issues. No flashing was administered, water is getting into an open crevice left after he removed my old chimney and put his 3 chimney blocks and cap.As the roof is not a place that you have ability to look over work. You have to hire a trustworthy contractor, ****** has not proven to be one. Be cautious, my mistake is costing me ****k to fix and replace his workmanship.****** and ******* disappointed east side

    At first I hired them for a a small roof repair but they pointed out a safety hazard with my chimney. I got 3 quotes one from them and 2 more quotes for fixing my chimney Daniels quote was $1600.00 cheaper than the other quotes and the work they did was amazing I almost felt guilty for not paying more and I never feel that way. They fixed my chimney and improved my home value and they were easy to work with they asked me what I wanted done they made me feel included with the brick color I picked out and just everything I recommended these guys to everyone I know I dont go out of my way to usually do reviews but when I saw a negative review I thought to myself this is wrong these arent the guys I hired so I am posting this to say you can trust ****** and sons home repair I did and Im using these guys on my other properties as well

    We paid $2318 for chimney work, including a new crown, in September, 2022. Since then, we've had water dripping into our kitchen. When 8 inches of snow came this month, water began dripping in from ceiling, down the walls and onto floor. Another mason recommended that the entire job be ripped off and redone. We called our roofer for an inspection, on the outside chance that the 2 yr old roof was faulty. They went up and reported damage to the shingles as well as a debris field that was never cleaned. The roofer is redoing the shingles in that area. Meanwhile, we have attempted to contact Daniel by phone, email and text. Heard lots of reasons why we are not being serviced. Daniel has ghosted us. Beware.

    Daniel and sons home improvement came out to my house. I had an emergency roof leak from the problem to other companies holding me at $3000 higher and told me I had to wait weeks for them to get in there. Daniel came out there and started doing the work right away a patch up. He did all that he didn’t even charge me and then he gave me a price quote and say he’ll push another job off and come do it tomorrow. He did the job for $3000 less and I have a new roof and it’s beautiful.
