I love that they offer themed boxes and now and option to preview your box. They carry great brands and have the best customer service.

Love love love this company, honestly in the real world I would never spend as much on clothes as I do on this site. However I learned it is NOT a bad thing. The quality of the clothes are phenomenal, they are clothes youbwill have for a very long time. Also, not to knock on other styling companies, but I feel that others send basic staples, wantable gives more than that. The stylists hear your preferences and do what they can to get you what you need. I love wantable !Wantable, Inc.

I wasn't a regular customer of a clothing/styling service until I tried Wantable. Their exceptional customer service is unmatched to any other companies I've worked with. They have real people that answer the phone and help you. Yes, you can actually call and speak to someone, not just type in an AI chat. Other positives of Wantable are that their website is user friendly, it is fun to see what clothes are chosen, the checkout/returns/exchange process is easy to understand, they offer free products with certain edits, they offer sales with buying a certain number of items, they offer credits for the slightest of issues, all shipping is free, and you can leave your return packages at your door for pickup! You buy what you like with no pressure. And you surprisingly buy items you might have never thought to try. It has been the best in helping me feel good and confident in the new clothes that I am buying.Wantable, Inc.

This company is OUTSTANDING! Customer Service is unbelievably helpful. My stylist just totally gets me! She has listened very well. The only problem? I usually love every piece and spend way too much money!?? I would very highly recommend Wantable to anyone wanting to spruce up their wardrobe with cute, stylish affordable clothing! Loved my first two boxes-good styles and quality, but I find they tend to repeat styles in boxes going forward, and do not really listen to my requests (asked for the dress box and I only had 2/9 dresses). Customer service is top notch though!Wantable, Inc.

We took a look at your order and noticed that you did receive a couple shirts that were the same but in different colors. These shirts were requests from the Stream and your Box Preview which is why your stylist included them. Each Dresses Edit should contain 4 dresses, but it looks like you selected 7 items in your Box Preview which only left room for 2 dresses. Our Box Preview is a completely options feature that lets you see some options that could be added to your box. If you see items you want to try, you can click YES to add them to your order. If you prefer to be surprised and let your stylist pick everything, you can ignore the Box Preview or even just select a couple pieces. So sorry if there was any miscommunication there! Our previews show products that match your quiz results and are popular amongst our customers. This feature is designed to you some options that you could add to your box, but you can also decline the items if you're not interested. Each Edit is still curated by your stylist, and they will always use your notes to curate the perfect Edit for you.
