      On April 17, 2025, I picked up a set of foot orthodics especially made for me but these would not fit my ***** ****** shoes, therefore the lady provided for me a general set in a box they sold from a display case. They sold them to me for $50.00, they never said that I could not return them if they didn't work. I took them home and after having them in my ***** ****** shoes I felt nothing but pain. On May 7, 2025, I returned to their office to have my orthodics adjusted. I also advised them that my off the shelf orthodics did not work out in my dress shoes. The lady took them, looked at them and released that I did not use them, returned them to the lady in the reception office and directed the reception telling her, *****, that she should credit my bank account since I used my debit card to pay for these. ***** tried to credit my bank account but stated that she will do later due to some error in the computer. but stated that she will take care of of the return credit.On May 19, 2025. I called again and spoke to *****. After telling of their failure to credit my account, she stated that these items are not returnable, even though they kept the returned item and never mentioned that they are not returnable. I could not believe what I heard, she yelled at me when I stated that she doesn't have any business ethics and I will report this issue with the Better Business Bureau, at which time she yelled at me again and then hung up the telephone on me.

      The company policy on returns/refunds does not allow for returns/refunds on any product customized and used by a patient as these products are not resalable.  In this case, an exception was made to the policy and the customer was contacted for a return/refund of his customized product.
