      I contacted Milsco last year about replacing or rebuilding my Road Zeppelin seat buttons. {I have the three buttons together) Received the phone number from St ********************* ********, and called in. It was no longer under warranty, but because of my back situation, the Gentleman was very nice, and the response I received FROM AN ACTUAL PERSON was, to send it in and, you should be able to help me out. Because of health reasons, (which is why I purchased the seat) I never had a chance to remove it until recently. I had to have Disc replacement, and spinal fusion surgery. I have now healed enough, that I want to get back to riding, and need my Road Zeppelin seat more than ever, so I can adjust as I go to find a comfortable position, that will let me keep going. I have finally been able to remove my seat, and remove the air rocker buttons, and sent it in for repair or replacement as directed. Switch was sent in via ***************. Tracking number SP ****** 03 ***** ***** It was sent to the ************************************** address. It was delivered, signed for, and now I have not heard anything from anyone, nor have I received a replacement switch, and it has been weeks. Phone prompts will not allow you to talk to anyone, emails have gone unanswered, and I can not find the phone number given to me by St ********************* ********. Obviously with medical bills, I can't afford to purchase another $800.00 seat, and love this one. I would like my switch replaced, as told Milsco could help me with. Normally it would go through a Harley ******** dealer, but because of the warranty, they gave me the service phone number.
