    Reading a few of the reviews made me laugh. I have been a customer of HBF FOR YEARS! They have the best prices, incredible service and the quality is top notch. I have always had someone answer my calls the first time (or if I leave a message, I get called back so quickly). I have only ever had a few issues with bulb quality - bad crop due to rain/flooding in Holland: the bulbs were replaced and at my house in less than 4 days! I live in Idaho, not nearby. When I did have issues with a bulb, I left a 2/5 star review on the website and it's still there- this was after I contacted them and expected it to be 3 months to have something done like has happened with other online bulb companies - looking at you ******** bulb. I wrote another review about it and it's on there too! THEY ARE AN HONEST COMPANY WITH INCREDIBLE AND CARING STAFF. The poo-poo reviews must be from those trying to scam Holland Bulb Farms. I've never had an issue and I know at LEAST 20 other gardeners who have ordered (by my suggestion) and none have had a single issue. You will not regret ordering from HBF. I generally lean to 4/5 stars for most companies as service is so important to me... So giving them a 5/5 really means something to me.

    Last summer, I ordered 2 large packs of a specific Oriental Lily. I planted them in the fall as I read was the better time to plant them. The bulbs have started blooming in the past week but the problem is, they are not what I ordered.They are the wrong color and variety.I have sent photos along with my complaints. No one replied to me so I called and explained the issue. The person I spoke to said to resend the photos as they didnt show up. Now my email messages are returned, undelivered. This company is fraudulent and I want everyone to be aware of this. I also will be sending a letter to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I have read numerous negative reviews about them, where people dont get healthy bulbs, received completely wrong items, are not honoring their satisfaction guaranteed policy.It is disgusting!

    Hello,Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear an item from last season bloomed the wrong variety this season. Although uncommon, human error does occur occasionally when packaging the items while they are dormant. We aren't able to tell until they are blooming if an error was made. We do ask for the images so we can forward them to our supplier to correct any errors in the future. We are a small, family owned business and do our best to review and reply to all emails as quickly as possible. I do see we did receive an email from you on 6/26/23 after our office was closed. I'm sorry we have not had a chance to respond yet. During our peak season, it can take several days for us to reply since we do have a small staff. We will make sure to reply by the end of the day today with a solution for you. We do appreciate your patience and we work through this busy time and will be happy to remedy the concern the items bloomed incorrectly.Thank you.

    I ordered from this company they sent dead bulbs. I sent pictures of the dead bulbs and a email, asking how they were going to address this. They have not replied. I have called at least 6 times and left a voice mail for them to call me. When I ordered these bulbs they answered the first time, now you cant even get them. I thought this was a well known company. They care nothing about their customers once they get your money its over.

After reviewing your previous contacts, I do see you emailed us on 6/24/23 stating you had emailed images to us of the items that were in poor condition but unfortunately we never received any images. We did reply on 6/28/23 asking for you to forward them to us again and we'd be happy to review them and find a solution. It doesn't appear we have received those images yet. I also am not finding any voicemails or phone contacts from the phone number we have on file. I do apologize it's been difficult to get in touch with us. We are a family owned company with a small staff. During our peak seasons, it can take a bit longer for us to reply but we do reply in the order they were received as quickly as possible. If you do contact us by phone during our business hours and all our representatives are assisting other customers, please leave us a voicemail and we will contact you back within 1 business day. Again, please forward us the images again since we did not receive them and we'd be happy to find a solution for you!

    I've ordered allot of plants from Holland Bulbs and have had a great experience with them. Even if the bulbs didn't grow the experience wasn't a headache at all, great customer service.They always do their best to replace what didn't grow. I Will always buy from Holland Bulbs.

    I became a customer of ********************** Bulb Farm in September 2019, and my garden LOVES my purchases. Also I have had friends ask me Where did you get those? especially from my photos. Photos of Hungarian Rhapsody Daffodils are spectacular and after a few years they multiply. Another subtle favorite is Cantab Dwarf Iris one of the first to bloom as winter ends, just a unique close to the ground blue little bloom. Pink Charm Daffodil is another one of my favorites. Another VIBRANT daffodil is Minnow Rock Garden Daffodil. My Minnows have also heavily multiply. I love ********* and consider them a luxury as I have not had the massive success as with daffodils. Great prices Holland Bulb Farm offers on Hyacinths I indulge, and get a couple of strong years out of them. I have never been able to get multiplication out of Hyacinths but even so they are worth their amazing sweet smell. They fill a room with their great aroma when picked. I am somewhat of a DIRT ADDICT and often refer to gardening as a cost effective mental health activity providing beautiful results. One of my flower addictions are also DAHLIAS. Holland Bulb Farms carry a wide variety of dahlias, and cost effective. Ive made MANY purchases in my 4 years as a customer. About service regarding my purchases; a couple of dahlias did not survive, as ******* can be temperamental. Contacting Holland Bulb Farm they ALWAYS made good on those orders. *** ordered a LOT and over my four years as a customer and have referred several of my other DIRT ADDICT friends to Holland Bulb Farm! Some say flowers are smiles from God and this company aids in providing many smiles!

    Holland Bulb Farm is a family run business who delivers gorgeous flowers at extremely reasonable prices. They have a limited warranty and will honor a refund or replacement if a problem is reported within the proper time window. My garden is populated and thriving with the things I have purchased from them and anytime I have had an issue, their family team has responded. One of my refund attempts was rejected, but I was beyond the time limit and I understood that their family can offer low prices by limiting the time to a reasonable growing season. Ill be a repeat customer for as long as they do business.

    They do not publish any negative (aka 'honest') reviews on their website. That should give you a good idea of how dishonest this company is and how little they actually stand behind their crummy products. I spent way too long (and way too much money and effort) convinced I was the dummy who couldn't get their lousy roots and bulbs to grow before I noticed that literally every plant I clicked on had nothing but rave reviews or no reviews at all. Seemed pretty shady but decided to try leaving some polite but honest reviews on plants that I had purchased several times and could never get to grow to save anyone else from wasting their time & money like I did. I was not the slightest bit surprised when those reviews were acknowledged as having been received yet somehow never managed to get published. I'm also not the slightest bit surprised to see the many terrible experiences recounted here or to see their pathetic, blame-shifting responses to every person here who rightfully detailed how their 'Grow Guarantee' is a scam and how their customer service is atrocious. This is an extremely shady company that peddles bad product and really, really doesn't want anyone to know that. They do not deserve your business.

    Ive had great success with Holland Bulb tulips. My shipments arrived quickly and were planted immediately. 47 of 50 fall planted tulips flowered beautifully come spring. If you are buying and planting in season, youll be satisfied with your product. If you are ordering the clearance, out of season products youll get what you pay for. About 50% off my deeply clearanced, out of season items were salvageable and performed come spring. Ill likely stick to buying and planting in season items for guaranteed results.

    Received an extremely dry, upside down honeysuckle vine completely dead. Have reached out twice by email,the first on the day I received it, and again a few days later. I have received no response from either. I tried the chat on the website and it wouldnt connect. Truely disappointed, waste of money.
