  Earlier today we had an appointment for a Window Estimate/quote with Alec from Empire Home Remodeling. The experience was first class. My wife and I had lots of questions and Alec was very professional about the detailed information that he shared. Alec was very helpful and very informative about the Empire product and service.   Completed our initial meeting for new patio doors. The interaction with Alec was great. He provided great detail about the product and next steps. He answered all of our questions. Positive experience.

  The meeting and interaction we just had with Alec was excellent. We are new home owners who are in need of two new patio doors. Alec took his time and went into great detail about the product and what the process would involve. He answered every question we had to our satisfaction. It was an excellent experience!

  Our kitchen window sprung a leak and we needed a new one. Just so happens that the **** show was on. We made appointments with almost all window companies at the show. After listening to all the presentations, we settled on two. Empire and Window depot. Alec from Empire was very professional, knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Window Depot guy not so much. in fact, him and his manager were rude. We settled with Alec from Empire on our new bow window, and it should be in sometime mid Dec. Empire and Alec were awesome.

  After researching numerous window companies, I decided to go with Empire. **** was very professional and thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. I'm excited to get my new bay window installed.

  We really appreciated all the help that weve gotten, and the work was excellent. The personnel was excellent and if we had to do it all over again, we go with the same company, Empire bathroom remodeling thank you thank you.!!

  We are so thankful for Empire Home Remodeling and Alec who came out to give us an estimate. We have been needing a new front door for quite some time and we are excited that we were able to sign a contract for a new one. Alec was on time, very communicative, and not pushy in his sales. We were able to get everything that we wanted in a new front door and can't wait to have it installed!

  Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Just signed to have siding done on our house. This house has been a rehab job that took us far too long and is a complete mess. I've contacted a number of companies and have to say Darren **** is the utmost in professionalism. He's very knowledgeable, very wonderful to work with and just an all around good guy. He was also very respective of our time knowing we have a very high energy toddler. I got quotes from a few companies including one that advertises on local TV and Empire was the only one that listened to my requests and answered all my questions. I'm very much looking forward to seeing how much better this house looks after it's done (the increase in taxes, not so much) and will follow this review up with before and after photos. I've never been more excited about a home project as this, I think it will be a night and day transitions and we'll no longer have the ugliest house on the block! Thanks Darren and Empire.

  Aidan is a wonderful sales person. He worked with us and for us to be able to get the window contract. He is a polite and well-mannered young man and I would gladly work with him again on another project.
