    I felt really comfortable and relaxed . He spoke a little fast but mellowed out . I felt Alec was a really cool guy , professional, and he answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I'd recommend them to everyone. Thank you !

    Alec from Empire Home Remodeling is AMAZING! He is so patient and explains the whole process so you understand exactly what you are getting for your money. He sold me on windows in September and I went right back to Alec for a new storm door in October. He is not pushy at all and is very down to earth and knowledgeable about the company's products!

    First, I want to say Sales Rep "Dontay" was Great. He also was the 5th rep for a Company to quote me for 5 Windows. He was straight forward and presented a good product. I was amazed at the price difference you get from Companies. The first three (*** ****, **** & ******* ** ********) came in at around 12 Grand (All three looked like good products). The next was ******** Windows then Empire Home Remodeling both were just under 8 Grand. Empire presented as good or better product as all the rest. As for workmanship I will not know that until around April 2024 when they will be installed. I choose to have them installed at that time. But I believe they will do a great job as all the staff I met were good people from what I could tell. Another thing I will say is that Empire didn't hose me around with the price. They quoted me under 8 grand. When I informed *** ****, **** and ******* ** ******** they all, all of a sudden could get me a better rate. One of those first three Companies dropped their Quote by 4 Grand. Another offered another 10% off. When they do that, they are not really the kind of Companies, I want to do business with. Why couldn't they just offer me their best deal from the get-go?

    Having Alec give his presentation was outstanding. It was a very impressive and educational conversation. Showing us the multiple examples of material and other competitors, towards the end by far Empires products showed superior to the rest with a great price. Very happy with Alec and hope to move forward with him on future projects.

    Alec our sales rep for empire home repair was fantastic. Alex came out to give us an estimate for new windows on a home we just purchased. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the company and thr product. We were very impressed and happy with Alec, enough that we closed the deal and will have 7 new windows in the next few weeks. Thanks Alec for making this process easy.
