This is my second year with Naturescape and my last. They did a terrible job on my lawn. For 12 days I have been promised to get it fixed..did not...I have been promised a manager call...did not...I have been told I was on their cutting list for that day three times...never showed.

We have been with Naturescape for 4 seasons. First 2 years loved our yard! Never looked better. Last year many spots of our yard were over treated and large parts of our grass died. I called multiple times asking for someone to call me back or stop by so we could chat and I could explain why we are dissatisfied and discuss a resolution. Someone did come out and look at our yard. Then wrote on their pamphlet to water more and lay seed. I’m sorry but we already knew that?? What we were wondering is HOW after your service so many patches of our grass died?? Since we have a grad party this year we were going to try and salvage what we could starting by laying seed but found out THROUGH a sod company that because they already treated our yard with a crabgrass chemical we can not lay seed or sod for up to 2 months. UGH!! Without the sod company telling us this we would have taken the advice of Naturescape and tried to lay seed which to come find out would have never taken root and would have been a great waste of money and time. We have been Trying to work towards a resolution for over a year but thus far have come up empty handed. I called to renew my service and explained my concerns from service the past year. I was told "we're sorry, so do you want to renew?" I said, "I'd like to understand what will be different." I received zero professional response or meaningful action. Instead when I told her unless you'll provide some better ability to instill confidence in my renewal, I am not sure I want to renew, so she simply said, "Ok, have a nice day." Really? After years of service? It gets worse. I then called back after things simmered and explained the situation to the manger/owner. He was apologetic but again, offered nothing but promises and the ability to apply a past discount that had expired. I begrudgingly accepted it just to have the service covered. Two months later (now April) I call back again. The manager never relayed the info. I am not on the schedule. The discount is no longer available and the only response I received was, "I am sorry, he has a lot on his plate right now." This company should be uber successful; no reason not to be except for the inept ability to understand customer service and follow through. 5 starsI am a new client as of April, 2023, who is unbelievably satisfied with the lawncare and customer service. Every year since moving from ********** to ********, I have had to contend with weeds (esp. dandelions), but the Landscaper Rick solved that problem in my first application! The customer service rep, Brianna, is the best. I think she lives at Naturescape's office (smile)! Whenever I phone, she answers immediately. She is better than the U.S. post office. I am pleased that I switched my lawncare service from TRU---- to Naturescape. I am sure my grass is happy too! It looks like an endless "green" carpet minus the yellow dandelions. 5 starsI have nothing but good to say my lawn is amazing no weeds nice and green. The people who do are very friendly always willing to let you know what they are applying. I use to do the lawn myself and I spent about the same amount of money on supplies and had to do it myself. It's a no brainer I highly recommend naturescapeReview fromKelley M

5 starsI love Naturescape! Mother Nature wasn't fair this year with all the SNOW!!! Naturescape worked everything out and even refunded one service which could not be done, because of the snow! Large riding machine was used for aeration and later, fertilization..that prevented access through my standard size 36" yard gates..tech either didn't have or didn't use smaller equipment for that area... so main complaint , job was incomplete..also phone rep should be aware of potential access problem and at least advise customer..
This is a follow up for my review dated 11/16/2022... Both the local branch and main office reps promptly contacted me after I expressed some concerns. They explained their application methods and cleared up some misconceptions I had. However, I suggest that a new customer question them during the initial order of service if there may be any accessibility issues. They often use large equipment that may not fit through a standard size yard gate. Let them know if this may be a problem and they will also bring smaller equipment..

After leaving a less than favorable review a few weeks ago, we were contacted by Craig from what I believe to be the corporate office. During our conversation he/we agreed to forego our 4th and 5th applications and exchange them even up for an aeration.
He also explained the importance of the winterization and offered to include that last application at no extra charge, which was taken care of this morning.
