  The process of our project was very poorly managed by *** despite the reassurance that we would have a project manager. We never saw a project manager through the whole process. We had to manage through many issues and rework, from the wrong color siding being put on, to water coming in my kitchen from the roof not being wrapped correctly and nails sticking out of the roof. From the edging not being finished and siding that covered our cable to siding that was cut in corners for some reason to poor calking and beyond. We had to manage and call or email the issues at every step of the way because no one was here managing the project. The final straw was when they were here to finally fix the issues they were nailing siding into a wall and broke the tile in our bathroom. I asked for 1/2 of the $5K that I had paid to have my shower tiled since the tile was discontinued and it would be roughly $8K to have it redone today. I thought I was being fair, but this is what I got back:"Again, I apologize. It is not an excuse, but with the transition of some key employees things weren't managed correctly. I would be upset if I was in your position. I would have a hard time recommending ARC also. I did talk with management and we will discount $1,000 for the shower with the understanding there won't be a negative review left online. I don't expect a 5 star review online since you didn't' have a 5 star experience. Does that sound fair?"This is not a company that stands behind their work or their word. I would not recommend them as in a previous email I was told: "I am having a hard time to justify a $2,500 discount to my management for a few tiles that may have broken from siding installation." They MAY have broken? I'm lying? Thank you, but I loved my shower and now it looks horrible. But you can't buy a good review from me as that is not worth it to me.Shame on you ARC, I went with you despite you being more expensive than another company because of what you promised.

  After getting half a dozen estimates, we decided to go with ARC because they provided a detailed mid-range estimate. Boy, do we regret this decision to work with ARC. They tacked on additional charges for "additional" work without communicating (even though their contract says no additional work to be done without written agreement), their estimate was way off, and they put on the wrong siding size. At the end, the project costed ~25% more than originally estimated, which puts ARC way past the other estimates we received from other contractors. Rather than owning up to their mistakes, ARC only provided reasons why they're justified in tacking on the additional costs. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from a terrible experience by staying away from these crooks at ARC. The only good experience out of this situation was that their subcontracted workers (****** ************) did a wonderful installation. The ****** crew was also respectful, courteous, and pleasant to work with.

  I paid $8,500 to have a leak fixed on our roof that fixed flashing, ridge vents, soffits and an intake system. A short period after the fix and it rained again more water than before came through the roof. We called and had them come out to fix the issue by removing the rear intake system and putting in new shingles. A year goes by and have water come through the exact same spot as previously. When I called again saying the problem was not fixed I was met with the response that there was only a year warrantee on the fix and would have to have it requoted. After a conversation someone came out to assess the issue and found the shingles that were added after removing the intake system were either not installed properly or failed and were pulling up. He stated that they it was an easy fix and would do it for us since it was either a manufacturer issue or an installation issue. He then stated he saw bowing in the roof and quoted to have the entire roof replaced. Though he did give a discount it did not cover the cost of the original fix so in the end we would be paying more than a new roof would have been in the first place. He said he would call me back the next day to come up with a plan and date to have this fixed and after not receiving a call, I proceeded to call back twice with no responses. The work that was done seemed to be ok except for the shingle issue but do not believe that the correct fix was presented to us for the long run when the installers that came out stated "why are we doing this, we should just replace this". Overall initial experience with ARC was good. In the end I feel that we were not given the best option to fix our roof and am being pulled in for more money. The office was not willing to work with us on the issues at hand they installed and am getting radio silence with the same issue ARC supposedly fixed a year ago. I would not recommend ARC for your roofing needs and will not be going back for future needs.

  Just had a roof inspection: Ben was wonderful to talk to! Experienced, knowledgeable and told us that our roof still looked great and had years left on it! (It's 22 years old this year and I wanted to know for planning purposes how it was doing!) The inspection was quick, at no cost, and we couldn't be happier, knowing that we have a company we can trust for an honest assessment! The reason we called ARC, we used them about 3 years ago for a siding warranty/replacement job. We were also pleased with that whole process! From start to finish, they provided us with exceptional service and answered all questions--even giving us a *pdf overview of our home with all of the measurements, including the roof, siding, windows, gutters. Very responsible company! I would not be afraid to contact them with any project related to roofing, windows, gutters, and siding!**** ********** *******

  ARC did a fantastic job siding our house and completed it in a week. The team was very professional and excellent to work with. The project managers kept us updated on all stages of the project and offered suggestions.

  A shower that they installed only five years ago has developed a crack. Being under LIFETIME warranty, I contacted them five months ago. While they did send a rep to look at it, nothing has been done since, in spite of five phone calls. They actually suggested that I contact the manufacturer, which, in actuality, is their responsibility. To date, I still have a defect in the shower.

  Class A work. The communication from start to finish exceed my expectations. I'm a first time homeowner and I had a tree land on the side of my house, so I called ARC to come and meet with my adjuster and hopefully begin work ASAP. They were able to work diligently with my insurance company, got material ordered within days, within 2-3 weeks material arrived and they got it installed within a day. Throughout the process I was notified every step of the way from materials being ordered, to when they would arrive and finally when the crew would come out to complete the job. Very grateful, I'd highly recommend them to others. My neighbors are using them now for a complete new siding and window face-lift.
