    We hired KUSCHES Soft Pressure Washing Service through ******** Marketplace after seeing their ******** ad. We contacted them through Messenger and a date and price was confirmed with a Sunday June 4th scheduled job. The house was cleaned as scheduled and I paid the contractor the $696 as agreed plus $104 tip in Cash ($800 total). No receipt was offered or received. On June 5th (the day after the job) I contacted the contractor via text and explained our concerns regarding the house siding spotting, facia and porch aluminum ceiling staining (photos sent with text). I requested that he return and re-rinse the entire house in attempts to rectify the situation. After back and forth texts, we agreed to a return date of Sunday June 12th around noon. As the week progressed, my wife pointed out that all our landscape plants, flowers and bushes around the house were wilting and distressed. On Sunday June 12th at 9:00am another text was sent (photos included) to the contractor advising him and explaining our additional concerns with the plants, landscaping bushes and flower damage. In this text we also advised the contractor that we would be requesting a full refund as a result of the said damage. We lost all communication with the contractor at this point. He didnt show as planned and agreed to on June 12th to re-rinse the house. We tried to contact him via our previous communication routes only to find out that we had been blocked and our attempts went unanswered. *** since contacted a few contractors to get quotes in attempts to complete the unfinished work and the both quotes came back at $1400+USD. We would like this resolved without any additional out of pocket expenses!
