      Thank you *** for the fine words. It is good to know our hard work to repair our weak areas is working. We have added customer service staff as well as new warehouse positions. We just added free shipping for larger orders and we feel 2025 will be the best year yet. Thank you again for your support. In business we are all partners.

      This company is a scam. Twice we have ordered more than a thousand dollars worth of supplies, they take the money out immediately and never let us know when they will ship. Weeks go by and we send them countless emails to inquire about the status of our order and they never get back to us. They don't even have a customer service representative for questions when you call, they just ask you to provide and email and "they'll get back to you shortly" WHICH THEY NEVER DO. One time a month went by without them providing any status info, we needed to order packaging supplies from another company. If they are on backorder, why don't they let you know prior to buying? I have filed two disputes with my bank already because GBE wont even get back to you when you ask for a cancelation and refund. Looks like the only thing this company is good for is taking your money and ghosting you completely. How they still have customers, I DONT KNOW! Don't bother with this company unless you want to waste your time, your money, and your patience. GBE is 100% unreliable.

      We apologize for this past experience. In the last two years we have had some serious issues with our main supplier mainly after Covid that caused us to change suppliers just 2 months ago. We also lost all of our customer service reps during Covid and had to operate with one person answering all of our calls and that did not work out so well but I still have not found a way to force people to work if they do not want to? We offer a great wage but that does not seem to matter today. We now have thousands of new products and we are hiring new customer service reps as quickly as we can. We are bringing in a new person on our team on Monday 6-10-24. I assure you if you place an order today you would see a big improvement. We now split orders and will ship back orders from other warehouses at no additional cost to the customer. We now have free shipping for orders over $750. We have been a low price leader since 1998. We have thousands of customers that have been ordering from us for 25 years and still order from us. We again apologize for the past issues and we are working to solve those now. Sales have doubled since our March switchover to a new supplier so I think we are doing something right! 2024 should be one of our best years if things keep going as planned.

      ?? SCAM ALERT ?? Worst customer service ever. Unanswered emails, After finally being notified that they we out of stock I requested a refund but got no response. I am filing a chargeback on my $700 order. These guys are an absolute SCAM ******************* Team **** Enterprises ********* **

      We are not a scam. We apologize for the experience you had with this order. We have been a low price leader on the web since ****. We received your order and we do a fraud check on all first time orders since fraud is up 80% since Covid. We approved your order but we had a back order on the product and we sent an email informing the customer that we have a back order and we will ship the order asap. The email offered options in case you did not want to wait. I suspect our emails were not received or are going into a spam folder because it appears they did not receive any of my replies to their emails. Each time they emailed us they did not respond to one of mine so I do not know if they received any of our replies. When they requested the order be cancelled we cancelled the order and issued a full refund. Most of the time a back order will ship within 5 days. 

      We apologize for the issue but back orders do happen in the packaging industry. We do have a shortage of customer service reps which we are attempting to hire several at this time but it has been difficult to attract talented people to offer employment. We are working very hard to hire several more CSR associates asap. I can assure you I work 15 to 18 hour days and just have not been able to keep up with demand. We ship 100+ orders per day and do not use pay per click so we have the lowest price so our customers can save money which is our main goal. We receive 10+ calls per hour and we will continue to increase our staff in the future to better handle demand. We again apologize for any inconvenience.

      We placed an order on August 10, 2023 in the amount of $1540.76. Received an acknowledgement promptly after placing the order. It's now August 17, 2023 and we have no idea if the product is actually available or when it's going to ship. I have sent three e-mails requesting info as to when it's going to ship. Those e-mails have been ignored. I will not purchase from GBE Packaging again. Lousy service. No excuse.

      We apologize for the delay on your order. I have looked into this and the shipment for that product was due in last week and it never arrived as scheduled. We should have alerted you to the backorder. We have experienced many delays on poly products like bubble and we ship the orders as soon as the product is received unless the order is cancelled. It is our goal to do a better job in the future of alerting customers to product delays. Thank you for bring this to our attention. I hope you will give us another chance to win your approval.
