      On May 29, 2024 Master Carts picked up my golf cart because it wouldn't start. On June 14th I talked to ********************** said my golf cart was done. I asked him about trading it in because I was having too many issues with it. We decided on a 2018 ****** with a lithium ************ would get it ready & let me know when it would be delivered COD. I called a few days later & was told that they were waiting for the lithium ************ would be about a week. I called about a week later & left a message. Nobody got back to me. I called the shop numerous times with either no answer or a recording saying memory full. I called ********************* cell phone & left numerous messages. Again nobody got back to me. On Friday July 12th I emailed them to find out what was going on. Being disabled I need my golf cart to get around my yard & half the summer is already gone. If I had known this I would have had them bring my old golf cart back now that it was fixed. I asked them to call me ASAP. On July 15th, they answered my email saying "I am sorry no one got ahold of you but *** passed away and the shop had been closed for awhile. i will try really hard to get your cart to you". I responded immediately asking them to call me because I need a golf cart being that I'm disabled. I have heard nothing since.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      My 2018 ****** Golf Cart was delivered today. I didn't get the lithium battery that I was promised so that brought the final price down.

      They gave me an 8 month verbal warranty on it that I'm not happy about. Being that it's now the end of August & I will be storing it around October through the winter, my verbal warranty expires in April right about the time I take it out of storage. I feel that the least they could do is warranty it through next summer. I don't drive it that much to start with.
