      This company promised for wood pellets. They were prepaid but months later still didnt have any. Eventually got them but only delivered half. I had to settle for cheaper poorer quality fuel. Yesterday I learned of a woman who ordered and prepaid for 4 tons but she didnt get fuel or money back. Business owner rarely responds to phone calls and emails.

      Because of our difficulties with deliveries, we did not offer that service last season. You did prepay for pellets but not for delivery. We did incorporate a couple of your deliveries with ************** in your area to help, but the pellets you picked up were not to be delivered.
