    I have worked with 4imprint since 2017, for two employers and they have never failed me. If or when there have been mistakes (I only recall one) they literally jump through every hoop to make the situation right, and that's with asap timing! Exceptional product and service, far exceeds expectations and my expectations are high. This is the company for marketing needs! Wish I could go on and on, but a 5 star review says it all. 4imprint is real and a real part of making our business a success.

    I could not be happier with my experience with 4imprint. I had worked with 2 other companies on our yearly calendar order. Both were very difficult, and one was downright pushy. They would NOT stop calling our stores and trying to place an order, even after being told repeatedly to stop (*****). When I started working with Chelsea ****** at 4imprint, I was amazed at her promptness, her willingness to help with my questions, and just the overall customer service experience. We are really happy with the finished product, and it was shipped and delivered exactly as promised as well. We will definitely keep using them in the future.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. We placed an order for multiple items and paid a substantial amount for next-day shipping on a Thursday. We were given the assurance that our packages would arrive by Tuesday, which was the day of our important event. However, on Monday, I had a conversation with someone named Joane, who promised to provide courier details but instead sent an email stating that the packages wouldn't be delivered Monday or Tuesday. I attempted to reach Joane by phone, but she was unavailable for the remainder of the day. Subsequently, I spoke with Elizabeth, who initially claimed she was getting a manager but, in reality, put me in a call queue. Finally, I had a conversation with Trent, who informed me that a name change was made on the package, resulting in a one-day delay. Unfortunately, he couldn't identify who initiated the address change and could only offer an apology. I am thoroughly frustrated with the entire ordeal, and there has been no resolution to our issue.

    I'm truly disheartened by the way my experience with 4imprint has unfolded. Initially, I chose not to voice my dissatisfaction, hoping to simply move on from my engagement with their company. However, after participating in your survey, I was surprised to receive an attempt at resolution from their end. Sadly, my recent interactions have left me feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated.It's disheartening to find that rather than addressing the issue at hand, their response seems to be focused on casting doubt upon my honesty. I must admit, this has added an extra layer of frustration to an already disappointing situation. Despite their efforts to salvage the situation, I find myself unable to share any additional photographs (I have wasted enought time on this) or, for that matter, conscientiously recommend your company to anyone in my network.This unfortunate turn of events is particularly dismaying considering my wife's previous positive experiences with 4imprint. She had placed her trust in their services on two separate occasions through different companies and had no issues. I had sincerely hoped for a similar level of professionalism and satisfaction in my own experience.In conclusion, my interactions with 4imprint have left me feeling disillusioned and let down. I hope that my feedback serves as a reminder that customer satisfaction and trust should remain at the forefront of every business's priorities. As it stands, I'm left with a heavy heart and a lack of confidence in the direction that 4imprint seems to be taking.

Having a photo allows us to see what went wrong to be certain we can address when the order is redone. Thats all.     I ordered 150 can coolers and when they arrived, they all had the safety lines printed on them that 4imprint placed onto my design proof. In addition, the quality of the print is just awful even though I made sure to send in high-quality artwork. I have reached out to them on a few occasions trying to get this resolved and have had no response back, so they obviously do not value their customers. We cannot use these it is just too embarrassing. I cannot believe their production team even allowed these to ship out.

    We ordered 250 beach balls and by our mistake we put the wrong phone number on it. This wonderful company not only sent out 250 new beach balls but gave us another brand and choice to go with so that it would reach us within 24 hours....and....it did. Proofed, ordered and shipped and reached us within 24 hours at no extra charge either. I was completely impressed with the way Amanda communicated with us and gave us options to make sure that we had the merchandise before the event. This will be our GO TO company for any work that we need done for sure!!!

    I started using 4imprint at the end of 2022 due to time delays and increased pricing with local companies. I found the pricing to be phenomenal for the quality of items you are getting and shipping was faster than what was originally stated. I have since placed additional orders and also took the chance and reached out to them regarding a donation for my church. I was hoping to get maybe some misprints - nope, they sent 4 boxes of product without hesitation and it arrived in about a weeks time. They certainly have a faithful customer here!
