    My initial experiences with the company were fine, though now that I've placed several orders there are always issues, I am told misleading information on delivery timelines, etc. Things will be in stock one moment and then completely out of stock the next so it's impossible to make clear decisions about apparel. My latest order (for over $12,000 mind you) has been laughably chaotic and will absolutely be my last with this company. Tossed around from one representative to another, having to chase down next steps to try and keep my order on time. No clear answers, no apologies, terrible customer service all around. Use this company at your own risk.

    Will never order from here again. Ordered 24-hour turn over products and paid for 2 day expedited shipping. A week later, I had to reach out multiple times for a shipping confirmation as the order said it was still in production. No one could provide any information as they were waiting to hear from their production team. Mind you, they outsource for production and do not do it in house. I finally hear back from someone that there was a delay in production and the order would be shipping out later that day. It took almost 2 weeks to receive products that were suppose to be done in a 24 hour period. Even for 48-72 hours it shouldn't have taken that long. We did not receive them in time and they don't have it worked out with their shipping company to do weekend delivery. I HAD TO ASK for the shipping cost to be refunded which is the VERY LEAST that they could have done. My rep sounded like he could care less. We shouldn't have even had to pay for the order. They also do not color match, your color choices for your design are less than what a basic box of crayons offers. Poor service all the way around. Don't waste your money here.

    I've been using 4Imprint for over a decade to purchase imprinted items for my company. The staff has always been communicative and helpful. In fact, when the rep I was working with was out of the office, someone else responded to my emails on her behalf. I've learned to request free samples in advance of large orders, so that we can decide if we've found the right balance of quality and price. It also helps to see the item imprinted in some way, in case you neglected to check the logo size in the product description. 4Imprint is very patient about the back and forth I put them thru, because they genuinely want customers to be satisfied with what they get!

    Will avoid ever using this company again, especially when there are local companies that care about their customers. Placed order, approved artwork, and paid for expedited shipping to ensure arrival for my event. On-line tracking showed artwork approved, order placed and in production. The week I expected my order to arrive the on-line tracking still showed as in production. Started Chat, and issue was referred to a Customer Care Rep who never contacted me. Sent an email - no response. Finally picked up the phone only to be told that the factory never processed the order, and they were sorry but nothing can be done. Asked to speak to a manager - was like pulling teeth to speak to anyone with any authority. When I was connected to a "Supervisor" they assured me that it would be possible to get product of some type in my hands in time for event, and committed to emailing me with final options. That was 4 days ago. Have yet to get one single follow up from company. My event is in 3 days and I'm running around like a crazy person trying to come up with a plan B. Oh and by the way, they blamed everything on "the factory". Meanwhile I have to explain to my boss/elected officials why we have to spend almost twice as much to get something in hand in time for event.

    Would rate zero if possible. Customer service was friendly and promised the moon. Got a quote for totes and asked for a sample of one of their printed shirts. Sample arrived, but was blank and in the wrong colour. Don't care about the colour, but the printing is rather important. Told them this and they sent another - same story. Totes took much longer than promised and were of mediocre quality, but not bad enough to write this review. Promotional box arrived a week or so later and dozens of spammy emails, but expected this to some extent. Emails requesting permission to send more boxes made me relieved not receive more poor quality junk, but then, to my surprise, numerous other catalogues started to arrive from other companies. At first, I just assumed that these companies were subsidiaries of 4imprint, but when Uline's 3 pounder showed up with the unique mailing info that only 4imprint has, it became clear that they had sold my info to others. I don't recall seeing this in the privacy policy when I signed up, but it is there now (different wording, of course). Avoid this company and go to VistaPrint instead - great service and quality, plus no spam for many years now.

However, the sharing of mailing address with third parties is completely voluntary, and customers can opt-out at any time. And per your separate request to our customer service team, we have opted you out of third-party sharing, removed you from our marketing, and have deleted your account.     Awful. I ordered 144 mugs three weeks in advance and gave a date I needed them by during the ordering process. No mention of issues with the date I provided. I spent several days going through their design process before they tell me I have to expedite shipping and pay an additional $600. The rep I was assigned seemed to continue to delay things. I guess just to try and upcharge me a ridiculous amount for shipping.

    I have used 4imprint for years spanning over several employers. Customer service has always been top notch. Recently, I placed an order via phone and did not realize I would get a separate link for payment. This was going to make my shipment late. They ordered shirts to be shipped to them next day so I could have them on time and did not charge me any additional fees. I was short in my emails thinking they made the error and they responded respectfully and with full detail of the process. And I got the shirts on time. The artwork and embroidery is top notch as well as all other log items I have ever received. Everything is always as described and you can get samples which is great. Try before you buy. AMAZING

    I've been ordering clothing and advertising swag for our company for 24 years and no company even comes close to the exceptional customer service 4imprint provides. Their prices are competitive and their vast selection to choose from is wonderful. I won't even consider ordering from another company anymore. They've earned my business!
