      Be aware, I honestly believe they hire random people off the street with no experience as soon as my house loan is paid off I will not bank with them nor do I recommend you. friendly upfront. They have screwed up a couple of times. Do not recommend.Verve a credit union.6-10-24

      My father has or had 3 accounts with verve . I am POA for finance. I am his son. I have had 2 instances of his girlfriend getting her name on his accounts once and I was able to get her removed the second time she talked him into withdrawing a good amount and getting an account with her. This third time she talked him into removing me from POA at the credit union. Now they won't talk to me at all. He is loosing his memory. Wouldn't you think after at least the second time they would have some red flags and contact me. Nope. I am very disappointed in their way of doing things. Still having legal poa.

      Considering Verve is "member owned" they do very little to retain said members. Be aware, if your account dips below $500, even if it's for less than a day, you will be charged a "minimum balance fee". No exceptions. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.
