      ON 12/3/22 I CALLED THIS COMPANY REQUESTING HELP TO REPAIR MY LEAKING ****. APPOINTMENT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR 12/5/22 BUT NO ONE ARRIVED ON THAT DAY. I CALLED THE OFFICE ASKING WHAT WAS GOING ON. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS SOME TYPE OF EMERGENCY AND SOMEONE WOULD SHOW UP ON 12/6/22. ON 12/6/22, TWO MEN SHOWED UP AND WERE AT MY HOME ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND LEFT STATING THE **** WAS REPAIRED. THE NEXT RAINFALL, THE **** STILL LEAKED AND I USED THE "CONTACT US" OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE STATING MY **** WAS STILL LEAKING TO WHICH I RECEIVED NO REPLY. I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO LOOK AT MY **** WHO TOOK A VIDEO PROVING NO WORK WAS DONE, EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN BILLED $320 FOR 30 MINUTES OF WORK. I THEN HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY $540 TO DO THE WORK THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN BILLED FOR BUT WAS NOT DONE. 0N 6/21/23 I CALLED PERFORMANCE ROOFING AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER WHO SAID HE SUPERVISES THE WORKERS THAT WERE ASSIGNED TO DO MY ****. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH HIS WORKERS TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND CALL ME BACK. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THIS COMPANY AS OF 7/18/23.I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT I PAID TO THIS COMPANY FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE. IT IS RIDICULOUS FOR A COMPANY TO CHARGE FOR WORK NOT DONE, RELYING ON THE **** THE A DISABLED FEMALE COULD NOT GET UP ON THE **** TO CHECK THAT THE WORK WAS ACTUALLY DONE. FURTHER, ******** ATTEMPTS TO GET THE SITUATION CORRECTED BY THE CONSUMER WHO NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A RETURN CALL REGARDING COMPLAINT. A FULL REFUND IS THE ONLY RESOLUTION I WILL ACCEPT.REGARDS,***************************

      Our records do indicate that we did report to the residence on 12/06/2022.  The only work that was completed at that time of service was re-sealing / flashing of the vents.  The vent flashings are a common source of leak infiltration and were believed to be the source of the water.  The invoice indicated vent flashing was the only work completed on 02/06/2022 and was billed accordingly.  When resident reached back out, she indicated that her roof was still leaking and she wanted us to return to her residence to "coat" her entire roof to seal it completely.  We informed resident that we do not "coat" roofs and she would have to get in touch with a contractor that offers that type of service.  We use rubber membrane for our roofing applications, not any type of coating product.  She was not interested in getting membrane put on her roof, she felt that coating the roof in its entirety would be in her best interest.  So, that is correct, we did not return to her residence as we felt we were unable to assist her further.

      We would be happy to review the video resident mentioned the other company took, provided it shows the vent areas.  Those are the only areas in which we performed work.

      We do sent apologies however, the communication should have been better when resident tried to reach us in the "Contact Us" webpage link.  This is an item that sometimes gets overlooked on our end.
