      I purchased a speed queen, washer and dryer set approximately three years ago. In that time, I have had to have service on both the washer and the dryer multiple times. I bought these products because they are supposed to be made in the United States and they are supposed to be top-of-the-line. It has taken Months, each time to get a service technician to me and to get the parts from speed queen. I have spent hundreds of dollars at a laundromat during the time that my washer was not being used. This particular incident has gone on for approximately three months now, I would exercise extreme caution before buying speed queen, and make sure that there is a service technician in your area and that day, in fact can get the parts in a timely manner. I will not be purchasing Speed Queen again.

      This has been the absolute worst washing machine that I ever paid for!!!! I had a ********* for over 30 years that did an amazing job! A friend talked me into this Speed Queen washing machine and Ive regretted it after just a few months of having it. Its never cleaned the clothes completely AND is difficult to change the cycle when the machine fills up to an undesired level or a lever I didnt even choose!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

      Terrible Experience with SpeedQueen Washer-Dryer Combo Im deeply disappointed with the SpeedQueen washer-dryer combo. From day one, the dryer has emitted a loud, screeching noise that never seems to go away. Weve had the machine serviced 7-8 times, with technicians disassembling and reassembling it each time, but the problem persists. Its extremely frustrating and worrying to think about how this machine will perform in the long run.Adding to our frustration is SpeedQueen's abysmal customer service. Despite their promises of same-day callbacks or emails, we have yet to receive any follow-up. It feels like theyre completely indifferent to resolving the issue.I would strongly advise against purchasing any this product or any other from SpeedQueen. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

      My husband and I were on the market looking to buy the quietest washer and dryer about 2 years ago. After researching the "top" brands, we came across Speed Queen. We purchased the TR7003 series washer and dryer. We had the vent cleaned prior to installing the dryer, so that it would be good to go. Yesterday, I was teleworking and needed to do some laundry. The dryer stopped, so I went to check it, and it smelled like my laundry room was on fire. I called Alliance about the smell of my dryer and the loudness of my washer. Technician came out today, and determined that the loud washer is normal... what??? Then, he opened the bottom of the dryer and determined that the heating element caught on fire. I was told that a replacement is being ordered, might be a couple of weeks. I called Alliance and inquired about getting a replacement dryer since it almost burnt down my house. He informed me that by the looks of the pictures submitted, it was negligence that I should have the vents professionally cleaned every year. It has been 2 years, but it is only my husband and I, we're empty nesters. This representative was extremely condescending and rude. After this experience, there is no way I would ever recommend Speed Queen to anyone. We will be disposing this set after we receive the new part and looking for a new brand.

      My Speed Queen Dryer, 6 yrs old needed $ 1000 in parts plus labor.The warranty expired at 5 yrs. I purchased a new Speed Queen dryer against my better judgement 3 wks ago and it is making a terrible noise and ************* in *********** Il Will not replace it, scheduled a service call.

      At 9 months old, maybe 3 months use, I recycled my $4200 Speed Queen mistake. With 8 onsite service visits, 5 onsite repairs, 31 emails with Alliance, 3 part delays, and to top it all my experience with Speed Queen’s (Alliance) customer service has lowered the bar. Alliance customer service would make dealing with customer service from ******** ************************ ******* ******** ********* * ********* **** all seem joyful. The best experience I’ve had with Alliance was the day I watched my 9-months old Speed Queens leave my house. Purchased: 11.21.23 / Delivered: 12.13.23 / Repaired: 02.06.24 / Repaired: 03.09.24 / Repaired: 04.07.24 / Parts Delay: 05.14.24 / 05.14.24 / Parts Delay: 06.08.24 / Parts Delay: 06.29.24 / Repaired: 07.05.24 / Parts Delay: 07.08.24 / Repaired 07.17.24 After nearly everything including the dryer drum and washer basket was replaced during the 07.17.24 service visit, we were left with a repaired and functional dryer but the washer continued to have issues. “Use it a few times and report back,” was all the service technician said as he left leaving a new issue of a water leak out the front door and clothing that piles up in the front almost immediately after starting a wash cycle. What is not understandable is the complete horrible quality of service I’ve gotten from Alliance. They are months old and covered under warranty but the level of service from Alliance is so poor that it almost seems not even worth it. Everyone has horrible customer service stories but they will all seem like a cloudy day once you have to work with Alliance. Their warranty is seemingly attractive but they will do everything in their power to not do a single thing to help. I purchased these Speed Queens because I wanted to pay a premium so that I wouldn’t end up in this exact situation. I feel completely cheated and I am warning everyone: Alliance’s reputation is NOT warranted.

      Wish i could give them no stars, like others had heard good things but that hasn't been my experience. I bought the most expensive model and it has destroyed so many clothing items. They could care less. I have spent months trying to even get a repair. You get their terribly trained customer service staff working from home with children and dogs in the background. They have no interest in making it right or standing behind their product.

      I would never buy a speed queen again. It came highly recommended. The dryer had issues within about 18 months. It took a month to get it fixed - based on the the terrible customer services mentioned in all of the other reviews. Then I finally ended up paying the warranty repair technician because speed queen didn't pay them. I spent 6 months trying to get speed queen to pay. I am trying now to get speed queen to reimburse me - but i am not hopeful. I have never had such a bad customer service experience

      Absolute WORST experience with Speed Queen & Premium Appliance distributor which the dryer was purchased from. My dryer quit drying properly about four weeks ago & started to get lots of condensation in the interior of the dryer drum. I immediately contacted the distributor who sent a service guy out the same day I called. He diagnosed the problem & informed four parts were out & would get them ordered. The distributor has continued to pacify & make excuses such as "the parts are on back order". I finally called Speed Queen directly yesterday who also pacified & today, I still do NOT have a tracking number for parts or any update as my dryer sits with condensation inside & the laundry room is starting to smell muggy & is now a health concern. I have sent over all pictures to Speed Queen customer service still with no response. This dryer was purchased less than two years ago. Neither the distributor nor Speed Queen takes their customer service seriously & this has been the WORST experience/purchase EVER. Extremely disappointed & absolutely unacceptable for the price.
