      Purchased a washer model number TC5003WN on May 25, 2024. June 10, 2024 it flooded our laundry room and stopped filling the machine in the rinse cycle. I placed a service call with Alliance Laundry Services (Speed Queen) on June 11, 2024. Luis responded on June 12, 2024 with an email telling me to schedule my own repair, pay for it and submit a claim and they would reimburse upto $250.00. I responded to Luis to please fix the machine, replace it, or send me the control board and I would fix it. Still no response. I paid over $1100.00 for this machine and it’s been a nightmare. I would be reluctant to purchase one of these machines due to no support or service if it breaks under warranty. Case number with Alliance, ******** Very disappointed in  ******* ***.

      I bought the DR 7004 washer & dryer in March 2024. I bought it because I thought I was buying a quality product. Was I wrong. The dryer has left burn marks on my sheets. It either dries too much or leaves laundry damp. I called Speed Queen customer service and got the most unhelpful customer rep. The inside drum of my new dryer looks about 20 yrs old. She told me that it was my fault & it was probably caused by leaving damp clothes in the dryer. She then told me she would send a technician out - but if they couldn't find fault then I would have to pay. I was stunned. This is not the kind of service I was expecting to receive. The washer is just so so- definitely not great. Not sure how it's my fault if I programmed the dryer to completely dry and then when it shuts off they are still damp. There is definitely a flaw in the design. I really expected great customer service and instead received the worst I could have imagined. This company does NOT stand behind their product. I have never had a problem with other driers before and this one is the worst. This would be tolerable if the Speed Queen company would step up and take care of it's obligation.

      We purchased a dryer thinking it was the best top of the line machine we could get. It has been the absolute worst. It took running the machine twice per load to get the clothes dry. We cleaned out the lent trap, the duct in the back and maintained this system as it states in the owners manual. The electrical components burnt up and this machine could have burnt my house down with my child home. No where in the owners manual does it state that we need to take the machine apart exposing underneath the drum to clean it. Now I am told that we are up a creek without a paddle. Waste of $1,500. The warranty is **** and now I will be pursing legal action!

      Purchased new TR3003WN washing machine May 2023 from *********************************. Machine began making a grinding noise about four months later. Noise got progressively worse, then a knocking noise commenced. Called for service near the end of December 2023. Described noise and sent videos. First repair visit, tech discovered that prescribed solution was incorrect. Second visit produced the same result. Third visit, tech discovered by chance that some bolts on counterweights were loose and probably were never properly tightened in the manufacturing process. Tightened those and a bracket. Seemed to solve the problem. About 10 days and 6 loads of laundry later, during rinse cycle, discovered water pouring from the bottom of the machine. Water had flooded the laundry area and seeped into walls, ceiling and floor below. ******* sent a repair tech the next day, but he was unable to determine an obvious reason for the leak. He guessed that may be the springs on the barrel were faulty, and suggested replacing them. (There are 6 springs. The machine is less than one year old. This is highly unlikely.) Contacted Speed Queen (SQ) customer service. They suggested having another repair service look at the machine. This was now the fifth repair call. Two techs were able to determine that, yes, the machine did leak, but could NOT determine from where or why. Information was submitted to SQ, case was sent to "escalation." All along, I had said I was sold a lemon and requested a replacement machine. Yesterday, I called SQ and was informed that they would not replace the machine because there have only been "2 incidents." How can this machine be repaired if nobody knows the problem? I do not want another flood. We are now 5 weeks without a washer. SQ Customer Service was polite, but they "stick to the script" and if you don't stay on top of the situation, it will drag on and on. Buy the cheaper machine and pay for a replacement warranty. And don't fall for the "Made in the ***" ****

      We bought a top of the line dryer from *********************** in ********** **. Model number ADEE9RYS177TW0 1. We paid $1400.00 for the dryer in April of 2022. In November of 2023, the heating fuse blew. Dryer would tumble but not dry. Dealer came out and put in a new fuse. Worked ok for 6 months. Now, the same fuse blew again. WE called the dealer and they came out a seconds to replace the fuse. We went to use the dryer the next day and it's still not drying. I called speed queen customer service and after 5 attempts, I finally got through. The customer service rep. was obnoxious, uncooperative and rude. I asked for a manager and she said she would write a ticket. She also stated that my dealer hadn't reported any issues with my dryer as required so therefore we would have to start from scratch. In the 5 attempts to contact c/s at speed queen, the waits were anywhere from 30 minutes to 2hrs. and 45 minutes .I want my $1400.00 back so I can get and get another brand. I will never buy a speed queen product again nor will we recommend them, again. At this point, we have asked the dealer for a complete new dryer with a new warranty or refund in full our $1400.00.

      We purchased a speed queen top load washer and dryer a little over a year ago. The washer works well. I wouldn’t say it’s better than the ******* we had before but it gets the job done. The dryer on the other hand is a fire hazard. We had issues with it the first week after having it delivered. It started burning poles and all of our clothes. We contacted the speed, queen repair man and he has come out three times to “fix” the problem. It has still not been fixed. Contacted speed, queen, repeatedly, and no one will return our calls or emails. I am on the fwnce of just hiring an attorney to sue speed queen for a fire hazard in our home and for damages for a family of 6 who have burnt marks on all of their clothes and bedding.

      Very disappointed with Speec Queen's ***************** After several attempts at trying to resolve an issue with my front loading washing machine still under warranty the company failed to follow up with me. I had called and emailed speed queen several times regarding their product continuing needing to be serviced with the first 4 years of ownership. They told me that their department was very small, even though it is a national brand used in homes and laundry mats. I would not recommend buying this brand.

      We have a speed queen washer, and dryer that have not worked properly since we got them. Weve had repairs done six times and they are breaking again. Now we are out of warranty and speed Queen is not contacting us back. We have been reaching out to them for six weeks to discuss this issue and have no response. These machines are not made to last 25 years, that is a lie. And their customer service is absolutely horrible. Do not buy a speed queen. It is not worth it!

      Our washer is 15 months old and hasnt worked for 1 month now. Circuit board out-ordered last Wed and repairman wont answer my texts about if he has received part or when he will b back 2 finish repair. Husband went out and bought a Matag washer, yesterday, because we cant get any help with this issue! Its under warranty, but what good does it do when u cant get it fixed and no one seems 2 care!!! We deaerve a refund or a repairman that will commuicate with us and treat us in a decent manner! Never would have thought we would b treated in this horrible manner! We r frustrated and tired of getting the run around and looking up the reviews, SpeedQueen is having many of these issues and consumers r being treat the same as us! We will appreciate any assistance concerning this problem! Thank you

      Purchased brand new washer and dryer about 4 months ago. Absolute waste of money. The washer doesn't clean even on heavy duty cycle. We had to start sending my partner's clothes to laundry service. The dryer electrical hums loudly even when not in use. The dryer is terrible also. Things try to stick to the drum and it then looks like the finish is coming off. It's ruining our clothes and linens leaving scrub marks from the grated part across the back. Total waste of $2600 and just want a refund. I submitted the contact form on their website and never heard a word. Do not buy!!!
