  MODEL: AWN63RSN116TW01 WARRANTY: Parts & labor covered for 5 years. We've called Speed Queen numerous times. I spoke with a Care Representatives. They sent over technicians about 8 different times. The machine would work a few weeks, then we'd have to call them again. Technicians are still coming out after three years.

  March of 2023 Speed Queen Dryer MODEL # DC50003WE was delived and giving of steam water on the floor. called but no response. Best Buy was the dealer in ************* **. They say call Manufacture. speed queen hard to raech.

  I bought a Speed Queen washing machine because of their reputation for being ************** - ours broke after 1.5 years. Speed Queen approved repair people came to my house 5 times...replacing parts twice and then Speed Queen sent the SAME parts for them to try it again.I just want my money back and they've given me the runaround for weeks. We had to buy another washing machine because of Speed Queen's horrendous customer service. Now, we have a ********************** sitting in our kitchen...useless. We're still waiting for Speed Queen to respond to my multiple emails. I don't get it. Just admit you've got a faulty machine and move on.

  We bought a Speed Queen TR5003WN in December 2022 and paid a premium vs. other brands for their 5 year warranty. The washer puts brown streaks on our clothes. We've had 2 service calls so far and neither could determine the cause or fix it. Corporate office asked us to email photos. We did that over 2 months ago and no response. We have called "customer service" 800# and have had wait times over 3 hours - yes 3 hours. We did reach a rep once and explained the issue (we have an open service case number) and she first tried to blame us for washing the wrong way, then said she'd never heard of their washer leaving streaks, then she said she would email us the next day. That was over 1 month ago and no response since. BTW, just for fun I called customer service today and the estimated wait time was 4 hours and 2 minutes. Yes, that's right, F O U R H O U R and two minutes wait time. Also, the "leave your number" function is not working if you need to change the call-back number. Go ahead, try calling the "service" number yourself before you buy. On December 5th 2023 I sent a letter to the *** (in *******), the President/COO, and the Manager of ***************** Ten days later and still no response. I wanted to buy American made Speed Queen, but they are not doing anything to help us get the problem resolved and they are practically impossible to reach. Our advice, buy a cheaper import washer and then buy their 5 year warranty - it'll cost about the same but you'll actually get problems fixed and a new washer if the competitor unit is defective.

  Washing machine has not washed clothes since the beginning. Reached out to speed queen a few times. Theyre telling me that I am doing my laundry Wrong ultimately. I shouldnt have to pre-treat and pre-wash for a speed queen just like I didnt have to pre-wash or pre-treat for the whirlpool or Maytag that I had. I shouldve stuck with those brands and I wouldnt have a headache right now. Avoid speed queens if you can. Their customer service is awful. Their washing machines do not wash but instead of facing the facts they are blaming the consumer saying that Im using it wrong. Ive been washing clothes for 30 years. I know how to use a washing machine. Take this warning and the others! They will not help you They will push the buck off onto a small appliance repair shop.

  Buy American they say. Metal parts, they say. Will last 20 years, they told me. They lied. My Speed Queen dryer is 6 years old. The knobs are tested "to last years". The timer knob quit working, waking up at 2 AM to find our dryer still on. Finally had a repair man come out to diagnose it. $149 to walk through the door. Since the company that sold it to us does not service our area. Then weeks of waiting for the part, only to have the wrong part delivered. More weeks to wait. They put the new timer in having to rewire the entire machine. $278. It is not the same as the original. They have changed it. So my timer knob is so tight it hurts my arthritic wrist to use it. I was told by the repair man that there was nothing he could do. I also found that since the new timer was applied, the heat of the dryer is much less. So I have to run my dryer twice as long to get dry clothes. Which is lovely with electric rates sky high. This is on a fixed income. The repair man contacted Speed Queen with my concerns and complaints. He was told there was nothing to do. I will NEVER buy this brand again. Nor will I specifically buy American. You have abused my trust. Your company is a fraud. Buyer beware. Do not believe they will last 20 years. It is a lie. So I have spent $427 to have a dryer that takes longer to dry clothes and is painful to operate. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!

  ************* Our dryer does not heat and its been over 3 weeks and cannot get any help from service. I asked for a refund and they said it is repairable so fix it. The dryer is 2 years old. I have worked in service before and it was our policy to take care of the customer, but NOT **********************. When I get this repaired I WILL NEVER buy their product again and will pass this on to other people.To bad I can't give a negative star.
