      I wish I could give the company and the product negative stars, because that is the kind of service they are giving their customers. Bought a TR7 model Washing machine in March '23 . Worst $1400. Dollars I have ever spent. Doesn't clean anything on any cycle with any pretreatment, no matter what water temp. They like to blame their faulty machines on government requirements, I tell you that there are many appliances that have the eco settings that work perfectly fine. Speed Queen needs to get there act together and own up to there manufacturing flub **** Any company that cares about there customers would be there for them and would out the wrinkles to make a customer happy. STAY AWAY from this company you will get shafted!

      Bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer 6 months ago. The washer works okay. However, the dryer broke down after just a couple loads. Here I am 6 months later with it still sitting in my garage in parts. It’s been a horrible experience with Alliad Laundry who owns Speed Queen. Awful customer service, awful repair service, a really crappy company all around. The machines are way overpriced for quality. It appears it’s another case of a good quality company bought out by one that is riding on the speed queen name but inferior parts and quality. Buyer beware! I wish I just simply bought a Home Depot unit. I’d be drying my laundry right now. The quality is inferior and the company is worse. They don’t deserve a single star.

      Bought Speed Queen front loader over a month ago, noticed it shakes alot. Still waiting for a fix. Should have bought a MayTag.

      I am heart broken and so frustrated that a company that offers a 7 year will put you through **** and get nothing resolved. I have been hung up on, they lie about people who will come and fix it, for you to be left embarrassed because they want nothing to do with speed queen themselves. I have had a man schd. 5x to not come 2x then look, bring parts and left with more problems. I am disabled and cannot go somewhere to wash my clothes. This had been the worst appliance & customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. SAD JUST SAD ANF WRONG you will not get help or your money's worth from this company Tr7 don't buy anything from this company and expect to get any good customer service or product

      I would give the TR3003WN Speed Queen top load washer zero stars if I could!! It gets nothing clean! NOTHING!!! It leaves dirty grey water somewhere, because when I filled it with just water it was all gray, felt like there was still soap and fabric softener in it. This is absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made and a new Amana washer is arriving soon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON ANY SPEED QUEEN PRODUCT!!!

      If i could leave ZERO stars, i would. We purchased a new Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Duty Top loader washer and dryer set in April 2022. The dryer stopped heating after 30 days, we had 6 service calls trying to get it fixed. It was finally repaired in September (spent the summer either going to the laundromat or hanging clothes out in the backyard). After the repair it works but makes a terrible squeaking noise. 2 weeks ago the washing machine quit. The motor has died. I give up. We paid almost $2500 for this set and they are JUNK. Don't believe the Speed Queen hype!

      I have the Speed Queen commercial washer and dryer at home. Both machines are still under warranty but I have not been able to get the washer fixed, and the dryer has been labeled "defective appliance" by our power company, PG& E because it was leaking gas. In the meantime the company that promises "first class service" on its website has been dismal. We asked for a refund or replacement, and they have been dragging their feet on the refund, often not responding to emails to the customer service supervisor for weeks.
      The washer would start, then stop. 4 service calls beginning summer 2022 still did not resolve the issue, so months long wait for a part with no update on why or when. The machine occasionally will start but leaks water into the tub at night, and makes this howling noise when it spins. The dryer leaked gas after a little a year of service. The washer was still about 7 months out on the end of its warranty. Still waiting...

      I bought Speed Queen W/D (TR7s) so they would last for many years. Little did I know they changed their design and how the washing machine gets NOTHING clean. Everything looks pretty much like it did going in. I have complained to the corporate office and to the CEO with a certified letter. I hear nothing back. I want my money back and I want them to come get their worthless junk. If it's the EPA who made them change their legendary design, then they can take it up with the EPA. But I want a refund. ( I only put one star because it was required to put a star rating.)

      I spoke to a customer service agent named Linda via email I am deeply disappointed with her response (basically can't help me). It cost me $80.00 to diagnose the washer.  The part required to repair it costs over $900.00.  The cost of repairing it would cost me roughly $1,300.00 or more.  That is more than what I paid for the washer 6 years ago.  I thought they would stand by their product being that it is advertised as lasting 25 years.
