      He is committing fruad/ponzi scheme. He stealing money from the sub contractors along with stealing from the homeowners. His builder license needs to be revoked along with him doing jail time. He owes us over 140k.

      Currahee custom homes used this sub for drywall on some properties.  Due to the rise of interest rates and volume of homes we had we were forced to make some difficult decisions.  All subs are getting paid as the homes close through the title company.  We have done everything in our power to take care of all the subs. We could have taken the easy road and went bankrupt. Instead we have worked for the last year and a half to pay off just north of 18 million in debts and sell the 30 houses we had which 22 were specs. We are down to the last 6 houses and only about 4 million in debts.  The houses this sub are owed on will be closing in the next several months.  One of them is still forsale with no buyer. Its is our goal to get everyone paid and close the business. We have not bed. Taking on new clients since fall of 2022.  Our only task has been to do the best we can.

      We signed a purchase agreement on May 3rd 2022 to buy a home from Currahee and made a $3500 ******* down-payment. Currahee **** up cancelation paperwork on July 3rd which they presented to me after they signed them and likewise I signed. They stated I would receive a full refund promply because they canceled. I contacted them 3 times and even mentioned to them to send it via certified. No response so far!

      Currahee Custom Homes signed into a purchase agreement with *************** on April 8, 2022 to build a home at *********************************************************. This contract was contingent upon multiple items, one of which being the closing of buyer's current property. To our knowledge, the buyer's property located at 6839 *************************************************************************** was not selling, therefore, the buyer wanted to cancel the contract as he was unable to follow through with the purchase of the home in SCF. CCH was notified of this in July & was requested to complete a CAMR of EMD. This was signed by the seller & sent to the buyer. Upon receipt of the fully executed CAMR, a check in the amount of $3,500 was cut and mailed to *************** at the address provided on the ***** On August 8, 2022, CCH had received an email from the buyer stating"We are sorry not being able to sell our house and buy the house that you built for us. For the ******* money, when we gonna receive it. If possible can you send the check thru certified mail." To which was replied to on August 16, 2022 stating "We did send out a check a few weeks back when the cancellation was signed but it sounds like you never did receive it. We have since contacted our bank and put a stop payment on that check. A new, certified cashiers check was issued and sent via certified mail as per your request. Please let me know if you don't receive it for some reason. I had the address verified before it was sent." On August 19, 2022 ************ emailed CCH stating "We got the check today. Thank you very much. Have a Blessed weekend." CCH has not since spoke with ************. This issue has been resolved and the client did not reach out to us 3 times without a response, nor did we sign any purchase agreement with them on May 3, 2022. Part of this complaint is inaccurate information, and we will be emailing the customer asking them to respectfully remove this complaint as we feel it is inaccurate and detrimental to our business.
