    I bought an online Masterclass for the price of $40.00 in December and I had access to it. When I wanted to login again I realized I had no longer access. This access was for life.

    I signed up for this 100% money back within the first year guaranteed program in March 2023. In November 2023 I started asking for a refund, because I was not satisfied with the results. I tried the program for **************** worked, every attempt to get a refund was not respond to. This company is a scam & preys on vulnerable women looking for a solution. I just want my money back from this scam artist ***** ********!

    It started with a zoom call with a man outside *****************, and I'm not sure any of the staff are based in the **. I was assured that this program would offer personalized support and a tailored approach to weight loss but he also said things like: "I know when a woman is serious about this when she cries" and other confusing and predatory tactics that made me feel like I had to prove I wanted to lose weight. They sell you on a "100% guarantee" but it's conditional: it requires you prove how much work you've put into the program and their team has to agree. It's a trap on day one! Plus the cost of the program is secret so it varies and no one realizes they're paying different amounts for the same program!On the program, they never asked me about my lifestyle, routine, stressors, pregnancy, illnesses, struggles... nothing! They sent access to over 150 pre-recorded videos (many of which are over an hour long!), pre-recorded exercises inside an app, a *************** and optional Zoom calls. The program requires participants to watch the pre-recorded videos, which was not disclosed nor what I want to do to lose weight. I also had to take pictures of every meal and send them to a male staff member via the app, which I found intrusive, uncomfortable, and not reflective of a supportive health journey. They didn't care. I was fully transparent that the program doesn't make sense or work for me, but they did not listen or address the difficulties and anxieties I communicated. They refused to acknowledge all the messages I sent and kept pushing sales tactic responses, like I was talking to an AI. And after all this, the contract had the wrong agreed program cost amount, a discrepancy that can void a contract, but they refused again!The sales tactics were misleading, the 100% guarantee is conditional, the program is impersonal, concerns get dismissed, and valid requests are denied. They deceive and exploit... and while in the program, I've gained weight!

    I joined the program in early August due to the fact it was 100% guaranteed. I followed the program but was not having much success. I reached out in Dec. inquiring about a refund as I was unsatisfied with the results. I was told to continue to stick with the program (and had to for refund). Well, unfortunately in March I was still not happy with the lack of results and inquired again about stopping the program and getting a refund. And this was Abrams reply: i'll tell you what, if you follow the program and it DOESN'T work you'll get a full refund + i'll personally pay you $2,000 on top of the refund sound fair? May 17. Shortly thereafter I was removed from the online group and blocked from everything. I posted something that ***** did not like and stated that I had become disruptive to other members of the group. ***** claims I did not follow the program but I also had messages from early on in the program that stated I completed them but he was unable to see that! I also told him that I would have to go back and re-listen because I did not feel as though I was ready to move on. This is a scam and it preys on woman who are in vulnerable state and is not 100% guarantee like the program claims!
