      Many Thanks to Donna, Carol & Dr. ******** [All you ladies] for setting yet another enjoyable & consistantly great environment for myself & my 10 yr old daughter's appt. Not only does she look forward to our visits to stop in - She always walks away with a smile! She is proud to wear glasses! ?That is all a mother could possibly hope for! Seriously- Great Work! Your location is our Go-To for all Of our glasses & eye needs [& that is ONLY because of the staff]!

      I PURCHASED A PAIR OF PROGRESSIVE GLASSES BACK IN MAY 2022 AT THE HALES CORNERS, WI STORE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THEY WERE OFF BALANCE AND KEEP GOING BACK FOR ADJUSTMENTS . LAST WEEK I WENT BACK AGAIN AND TOLD THEM THE FRAME WAS BENT AND THEY ADJUSTED IT BUT IT IS STILL BENT. THIS IS AFFECTING MY VISION. IT IS NOW OVER THE 90 DAY WARRANTY BUT I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD GET A NEW FRAME. THEY WERE THIS WAY WHEN I FIRST PICKED THEM UP BUT I DIDNT REALIZE THE FRAME WAS BENT AND THAT WAS WHAT IS CAUSING MY VISION ISSUES. I AM GOING BACK THERE AGAIN TODAY TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT THIS.

      I’ve been going to the Shopko Optical in Eau Claire Wisconsin for my entire life. The closest thing I’ve ever had to a bad experience is a pair of glasses that just never quite fit right. Everyone who works there has always been a delight to interact with. The doctor very clearly cares about getting everything right and making sure you are satisfied with your experience and any glasses or contacts you get.

      I just had a horrible experience at Shopko Optical in Rhinelander Wisconsin. It’s located in a mini-mall next to Walmart. Two weeks ago I had an eye exam and ordered new frames and lenses. The lenses arrived yesterday, Sept. 15,2022. I went today to pick them up. Upon arrival I was informed they had no idea where the frame I selected was. The so called doctor went to the wall display to retrieve another frame. Same type of frame but not the one I picked out. He stated they were confused as to what happened. He handed the frame to the secretary for her to assemble. She handed me the glasses and I could not read the test text given to me. As blurry as no glasses at all. I told her it was a joke and I wanted my money back. She made no attempt to resolve the situation. No apology whatsoever. Her excuse was to say some people are hard to satisfy or help. Horrendous service. Steer clear of this sham of a business! 0 stars. Negative stars if available. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
