      They are completely unresponsive. I never got my order and they never responded to any of my messages. They are scamming people.

      0 stars. Similar experience. I ordered bookends 10/2/24. Tried to reach the company multiple times by phone, email, submission form online right after the order because I needed to change my shipping address for the item. After several attempts, I emailed, Im having trouble reaching you guys. Starting to wonder if you are a real company. If I dont hear back from someone in the next 24 hours, I will report my transaction as fraud.They responded, No we are not a real company , we are scammers.Interesting response.

      I have been waiting for a response from them about a pillow I ordered and was charged for. They messaged me and told me the pillow I ordered was out of stock. I was charged for it and have since requested a refund and have received no response!!!

      This company is clearly a scam. Never received order and it's been several months. Followed their directions for order problems, sent several emails, nothing. Complete scam...DO NOT ORDER

      Terrible customer service and beware that you may never be able to talk to a live person. Good luck getting your money back on returns.

      I ordered 2 lamps which I paid a whopping $404.93 on February 1, 2023. Never received them so I called on March 21, 2023 and a voice mail said to write an email to them and note in the Subject line ORDER STATUS regarding the confirmed order number. Never received a response. Called again on April 6, 2023 and left a message and call back number and still no answer back from them. THIS BUSINESS IS A DISGRACE. How can a business be operating for 31 years and treat customers with such contempt. I guess my next course of action is to file a Small Claims lawsuit against them. Someone needs to shut them down.**************

      Ordered soap dispenser a month ago and can’t get through on phone or email. Trying to cancel the order. Wish I would have read all the terrible reviews because my case is identical…paid for item and hasn’t shipped with 0 communication from company. Sad.
